I am very impressed with quality of his staff and the work they've done for us. I was so impressed that I suggested them to my neighbors and as a result they got engaged with 4 of our neighbors to replace their roofs. We were lucky to have them to do our roof. It was a worry-free project.

It worked out fine. They weren't here that long to qualify for the $200 I paid him. They said that everything looked good.

Bruce Sabine did a fantastic job. He inspected our roof after the claims adjustor had been out and realized that they had not given us credit for all we were entitled to. Bruce worked with the insurance company and we got our roof replaced with minimum out of pocket $. He saved us several thousands of dollars.

The contracting process was easy. After a short discussion of our roofing needs and insurance allowance, Bruce from Quality Tops quickly wrote up the contract and was ready to commit to firm price numbers on the spot (product warranties included). There were no games or gimmicks. No up-front payment was required. Within a couple days, a date for our roof replacement was set. Within a week, there was an earlier date opening for our roof replacement and Quality Tops offered it to us. We accepted the earlier date and work started a few days later. Materials were stacked neatly in our driveway a couple days before work started with plenty of room for our car to go around it. The work crew showed up promptly the first day an went straight to work. They were polite, easy to talk to, hard working, and very thorough in their work, even when I went up the ladder a couple times just to see how the work was coming along. They cleaned up their debris as they went and left no messes. I agreed to let them leave their trash trailer (for the old roofing debris) in our driveway one night after the first day of work, but they asked me first. Work started promptly again the second day and was completed. Once clean up was complete, you couldn't tell they had been there. A Quality Tops manager showed up when work was complete. After a joint inspection of the final work, I wrote them a check, received an invoice (must have for insurance claim) and that was it. My new roof looks great and I've had no leaks in the rain storms since. My home insurance company was satisfied with the documentation and reimbursed me for the remaining amount of the claim. Quality Tops was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them.

Was repaired in less than a week and so far I have not had any leaks in the sunroom. Very nice follow up to see if I was happy with their work.

Was planned on Monday but team had to move to Tuesday due to another job. Great crew no issues during work. Cleaned up well after work was complete. Bruce did a good job on measuring thr roof and explained the estimate very well. Strongly recommended.

Bruce arrived on time to quote the job. Had some delays in starting due to their previous job taking a little longer to complete, then a rain delay, but Quality Tops Roofing kept me informed regarding these delays. The job was completed in two days. The price was higher than another quote, but I preferred to use a business that was local and has a base here. Responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism were all excellent to this point and should there be some minor leaks I'm confident that Quality Tops Roofing will be prompt to correct any issues. I rated Quality as "Good" because, in my opinion, excellent is reserved for a job that does not leak when it rains. If it rains and there are no issues, I wouldn't hesitate to give them an excellent in Quality as well.

The service went pretty well. We were happy with the service they provided and we are still happy with the roof to this day. We got a number of quotes and they were the best. The technicians did a wonderful job and were very professional. Scheduling was not an issue and they were very easy to work with.

From the first phone call to the Quality Tops Roofing office and the ability to quickly schedule an exact date and time for the estimate set you above the two other roofing companies that I contacted. The time you took to carefully evaluate, measure, explain and recommend all the possible roofing options, along with your no-nonsense approach, made it a simple decision to go with Quality Tops Roofing. Mr. Cox, the foreman, was very thorough and timely in his communication and made every effort to properly schedule the work due to the rain in the area that week. Once the weather reports were favorable, the crew arrived early to give us time to move our vehicles and they got right to work. In fact, they worked until 9:00 p.m. that night, completing everything but clean up and a final inspection. The crew arrived early the following morning and began their cleanup and inspection, I was impressed with the thoroughness of their cleanup and to see they also had a documented quality checklist to verify all items were completed. Mr. Cox arrived later that day to perform his inspection and finalize the business - this was one check I did not mind writing! We are very pleased with the excellent customer service, communication, skills, and labor Mr. Sabine, Mr. Cox, and the entire crew have provided. Our new Certainteed Landscape IR roof is already drawing attention and we are recommending Quality Tops Roofing to our neighborhood and friends.

I contacted QualityTops Roofing (QTR) in late April after a neighbor informed me some of the shingles were missing on my roof. I contacted QTR for a estimate for repair and they quickly sent a rep out to inspect my roof. The rep was friendly, professional, knowledgeable. He inspected my roof, said it was sound and only the missing shingles needed to be replaced. He gave me a price of $285 for the repair which I thought was resonable. They completed the repairs in May and I am very pleased with their work. I will most definitely use them again in the future.

My roof had to be replaced due hail damange. Quality Tops was 1 of three roofers I called. I found them on the Shepard's guide. Quality Tops gave me a price quote before looking at the insurance claim (Other roofers wanted to see the insurance claim first, so it was hard to know how fair their price was). Excellent service. Excellent people. Would use them again. I picked Quality Tops due high rating everywhere I looked: BBB, Angies , and Shepard'd guide TIP: for a little bit more money they put on impact resistant shingles which lowered my insurance premiumn. The higher cost of the roof I will make up in just a few years.

They are a good team. Bruce came out and did a very detailed and thorough inspection. They let you know when they are coming to do the job, when they take breaks during lunch in leaving the work site, and when they are finished for the day. They also did a good job cleaning up after the job is done. If you are concerned about something or want something done, they answer your questions and try and do it for you. They are courteous and hard-working.

Excellent work. Rick's team was very professional and experienced. If I had another house I would use them again.

The experience was top notch from start to finish. The estimate was given promptly and the job was started ahead of schedule due to an early opening. The roofing crew was very courteous and did a very professional job. They started on a Saturday morning and stayed until the job was finished, which was 8:00 that night. They cleaned up all around the property and left everything as it was before they started. There was no money required, up front, and full payment wasn't required until after the job was finished. I would definitely recommend Bruce Sabine and the whole Quality Tops Roofing staff to do your next roofing job! They weren't the cheapest, nor were they the most expensive of my four estimates to do this job. Top notch, dependable, and knowledgeable, installation crew. I couldn't have asked for a better group of folks to reroof my home!

Did exactly what they said they were going to do. showed up on time. cleaned up their mess.

I contacted provider through Angie's email May 1, 2014. They called and Paul came out to discuss what needed to be done. He said he would fix the gutter strap that was pulling out and lifting the singles and straighten some warping in the roof. I also called later to have the chimney box repaired and Paul said he could add that. I called him once again May 20, 20414 after that and got assurances that they would be providing service soon. It is now June 3, 2014 and nothing has been done and no one is updating me. I cancelled the service. I used Quality Tops Roofing previously and gave them good marks. I don't know what's going on over there now.

Our roof was damaged during a hail storm earlier this year and we had several storm chaser knocking at our door offering free inspections. Our home insurance adjuster inspected the roof and concluded that it needed to be replaced. We talked with several contractors but were not comfortable enough to sign a contract with them. We found Quality Tops Roofing through Angie's list and were impressed by the positive reviews on similar size jobs so we gave them a call. Bruce Sabine returned our call promptly and scheduled an interview and roof inspection. He explained the construction and billing process and asked us to call when we made up our mind. We called him the next day to schedule the roof replacement. Tim Cox, the project manager, helped us schedule the job and sent all required documentation to get the HOA approval. The next availability was two weeks after signing the contract, which worked perfectly with our schedules. Tim called ahead to let us know that the material would be delivered and worked with us to minimize obstructing our driveway. The job was completed within two days. The crew did an excellent job protecting our yard and cleaning after they were done. Tim scheduled a walkthrough of the completed job. The roof looks perfect and we did not experience any leaks after two strong thunderstorms. We were very impressed with the professionalism of Quality Tops Roofing and will call them again for any future jobs.

We had an attic fan that had been installed several years ago and it had failed. I found Quality Tops Roofing on Angies List and asked them to replace it. They were professional and thorough throughout the process and I will definitely use them for any future roofing needs.

We were entirely satisfied with this job. After researching contractors on Angie's List, we selected three for bids. Paul Hooper of Quality Tops was by far the most knowledgeable estimator of the three and answered many questions over several days as we made our decision. He offered three detailed bids at our request: repair of the roof, replacement with 30-year shingles, and replacement with Class-4 impact resistant shingles, which qualified for an insurance discount. Paul refrained from up-selling or offering every possible bell-and-whistle and instead targeted his estimate to products which made a difference to the quality and durability of our particular roof in our local area, not just the appearance. We were always treated as intelligent consumers seeking a good value for our dollar. Of the three bids, this was the middle in price for identical work, but we chose Quality Tops because we had the most confidence in the company and appreciated the extensive and expert advice Paul offered. Once the contract was signed, the company delivered materials promptly and the job began on schedule. The crew was outstanding. We could communicate well with the foreman, Alfonso Cano, who was obviously very experienced, knowledgeable and detail-oriented. He took care to let us know about unexpected findings or difficulties, all of which were resolved without additional cost. The job took two days, as expected. An interim pick-up of nails and materials was done after the first day, so that the back yard was safe for our dogs overnight. Alfonso completed an inspection with me at the completion of the work. Initially, the satellite TV antenna did not pick up the signal after being replaced on the roof, but the he made adjustments until a good signal was achieved. The company's production manager, Tim Cox, had been in communication with me from the time the contract was signed. He arrived promptly at the end of the job, before the crew left, and inspected the work and answered all questions. The yard was picked up perfectly. We did not find a single nail or scrap of debris at the end of the job. All paperwork for the insurance discount for Class 4 shingles was handled promptly. The cost was exactly as estimated. We were very pleased with the workmanship and the appearance of the roof. We did ask the satellite TV provider to come fine tune the adjustment of the antenna, since one popular channel did not get good reception, but this was completed within 24 hours of the call at no charge to us. Tim had offered backup solutions if the provider could not service us promptly, but these were not needed. We received many compliments from neighbors at the conclusion of the job, not only about the appearance of the new roof but also about the way the job was done so that it was considerate of neighbors' needs. In short, this experience was as near perfect a roofing job as we could have imagined. We learned a great deal about our roof in the process, about what we needed and didn't need. We had an outstanding and 100% professional experience. We would definitely use Quality Tops again, although hopefully we won't need another roof in our lifetime. We have already recommended them to other family members.

We initially contacted 4 roofers. Three were from Angies List. One was unsolicited. Two of the three turned in bids. I guess the other two weren't very interested. Of the two Quality Tops Roofing had the lowest price and some of the best reviews on Angies List. After talking with them over the telephone about their bid, I signed the bid form and the work got started. Tim Cox was our project manager with Quality Tops. He called us shortly after receiving our signed bid form and told us what his proposed schedule was. He told us when the material would be delivered, where he wanted to sit it on the site, and what day he wanted to start. The material arrived on the day Tim told us it would; however, the weather decided to be uncooperative and Tim asked if he could delay the roofing operations for one day. We said yes that would be fine. Lo and behold the roofing team showed up when Tim said they would and got right to work.. They had the roof done in one day. The team did a very good job of cleaning up after it was all done. The quality of the work was great. I found out that Quality Tops lived up to their reputation and all of the reviews on Angies List. They were responsive, arrived on time, did what they said that they would do and kept us apprised of the job status. I would recommend them to anyone.

There was a hole between where the roof and chimney meet that had been created from the temperature change in the area. Fixed it up at no cost. They tell the truth and are very honest. Highly recommend them.

They looked at the stains on the ceiling in the house, went up on the roof and pinpointed the area. They removed and re-caulked an area and removed an old antenna and put roofing where that antenna was. They did all the work in about 2 ½ hours. They were very courteous and formal, and I was very comfortable letting them in my house. They were very efficient and followed up very well. I was very impressed with them.

I contacted four roofing contractors to get an estimate on replacing my complete shingle roof with class 4 hail resistent shingles and install a ridge vent. One contractor was neither insured nor bonded. One contractor did not respond (and this was a highly rated Angie's List contractor I had used in the past for small repairs) One contractor provided an estimate, but really did not seem that sure of what was needed. Kept asking to see what my insurance company had said. Later when explaining the estimate he again asked for the insurance details "just to double check his figures". He also recommended replacing trimming that I knew was not damaged. He also had documented a feature on my roof that did not actually exist. And then there was Bruce Sabine the President of Quality Tops Roofing. He came out and seemed to know exactly what he was talking about and was able to clearly explain what needed to be done. My insurance company had already come out, but Bruce did not ask what the insurance company had said. I knew, however, that what he was recommending was in agreement with the insurance company's view of the damage. The estimated cost was in general agreement with what the insurance company told me to expect, as well as that of the other contractor I did not select. The job was scheduled to begin within a week. I was told to expect a delivery on Thursday of the supplies needed for the job. It was delivered on schedule to the location I had requested. The crew came out on Friday morning and started work right away. They worked deligently all day until after sunset and completed the entire installation in one day. They cleaned up as best they could considering it was dark when they finished. Even then I only found a handful of nails on the ground the next day. The roof was tested on Saturday evening by high winds and a heavy rain. No leaks, no loose parts, no problems.

leaking appears to have been fixed. great guys - no hesitation in calling them again or recommending them.

All went well. Team was on time and worked late. Came back next morning and finished up. This is second roof I've had replaced by this firm in about three years, my main house and on this, another property. I always get a couple of bids on any job. I might be able to find a lower price than this firm's price, by a fly-by-night company, but quality might not be as it is with this company. They are professionals and they do it right the first time. Of course, I always check work during the job and upon completion, but this firm makes it easy, - doing their own QC as they go, and before they call me out for final inspection. Yes, I'll use them again, and yes, I recommend them. RM
