We were very happy with them and it hasn't leaked since.

From what I remember, they did a good job. No leaks after their work and it's held up for a couple of years now.

They were very thorough. They said everything was fine. I have hired them before. They are the best! They are very honest and I have confidence in them. They take the time to answer your questions and are very courteous. They want to make sure the customer is happy. They follow-up well. I would absolutely hire them again and I wouldn't even consider anyone else.

They completed the job in 2 days. Their clean up was excellent! They were punctual and did everything they said they were going to do. They could have been quicker to start the job though, but after things got started they were fine. I understood that they were in hail season so some of the other jobs they had took longer.

They did all the work they promised and more. They replaced a gable on another house on the property as well. They did an excellent job in follow-up as well, making certain we were pleased.

One the day of the storm there were many roofers in the neighborhood. I reviewed several roofing businesses on Angie's List and read numerous reviews. Quality Roofing had great reviews and some not so good. The responses to compliants or dissatisfied customers were professional and appears the business value customer feedback. The initial appointment for an estimate was fairly quick after the storm, approximately one week. Bruce walked the roof and noted the roof was in fairly good condition with the exception of missing shingles. After insurance inspection, a work authorization was faxed. Before repair date was scheduled, I awoke one morning to the assigned roofer working on the roof. My only issue was the roofer had completed the job and left before I was able to speak with him. While I have not been on the roof to insepct the quality of workmanship, I'm fairly confident in the work. Most of the repairs are visible from different ground levels. Overall, I'm satisified and would contact Quality in the event I need repairs or a new roof.

The Quality Tops Roofing representatives were very punctual and informative in giving a roof inspection and estimate for my repair. They provided a couple of options and did not push me into the most expensive option. The service was provided in the time window they originally estimated based on their current work load, and my inspection of their repair was satisfactory. They were very easy to work with and I would quickly used them again in the future and recommend them to others.

Very professional service, from the estimate, to the end of the job. The workers kept us informed as to everything they were doing and had the roof on in one day. In the week it's been I haven't found any sign of the old roof on the ground. Definately recommended.

Wonderful experience with quality top roofing. Waited a few months to verify that leak was repaired properly. Still leak free. The workmanship was very good and explained all repairs made. If I need another repair made or a new roof I will not hesitate to use quality top roofing.

Had hail damage to my investment homes, I called 4 different roofing companies and got 4 different bids. Quality Tops roof came up as my first choice. Bruce took the time to went up the roof, measure. His bid is very clear and competitive enough, he explained to me all the details of the job and answered all my questions. After signing the contract, they scheduled promptly and got the job done within a week or so. It went smoothly, they cleaned everything before leaving. The quality is superior. They charged exact to the bid, no surprises. The team did everything Bruce promised. On one of the claim, the insurance company "forgot" to include the steep charge and later refused my request based on the wrong report from a roof contractor insurance company chosen. Bruce went to measure 3 times and came up with 3 different ways of showing the roof is over 7/12 pitch. His report is so compelling that eventually we were able to convince the insurance company that the roof qualifies for the steep charge. During the process, Bruce truly went above and beyond what he can do to help his customer. I am grateful for his time, effort and professional help. It went well. They were on time. Cost was effective. No complaints.

I was very impressed that the owner himself came out and gave me an estimate. Bruce Sabine arrived on time inspected the roof and gave me the estimate right then. The other companies I delt with took several days to provide me with an estimate. Bruce also provided me with a brochure with a choice of different color and styles of shingles to choose from. He was very professional and informative. The price was also very good and within our budget. Bruce was there on a Monday. Tim the production manager called to schedule the work soon after explaining all the details. The workmen arrived that Saturday morning at 8:00 am and were finished by 2:00pm. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. Tim came out the following Tuesday to inspect everything and make sure we were happy with our new roof. We are very pleased and love the fact that the Certainteed shingles have a lifetime garauntee! We love our new roof!

Quality Tops Roofing provided an excellent service for me. After checking roof repair companies on Angie's List I called them and an appointment was scheduled immediately. Paul appeared on time, checked the leaks I was having around these vents, & checked my whole roof while he was at it. He gave me an estimate on the spot & that estimate was reasonable. He explained that he would perform the repair himself when he was in the area in the near future, since this was a small job & could be combined with other nearby jobs. I was initially a bit troubled but this but I was not worried about the leaks - the drought meant it was unlikely I would have another problem soon. I decided to wait awhile and see if he showed up. He did - just 3 weeks later. He called ahead of time to let me know he was coming and the job was done quickly. Everything looks good and I've not had another leak. I also got an Angie's List discount on my bill. I highly recommend this company. It feels good to know that if I have a roofing problem I have someone reputable and responsive to call.

Bruce was very thorough and professional. We hd a very candid conversation on what he will and will not do, and he brought out the option a in front of us very clearly. Once he was through, his teams made it in time to start the work. We had a very seamless experience with his crew. He was very patient to take the final payment after one month once the insurance had processed the claim. We are very happy with the quality of work me professional service.

Worked on the hottest days of the year. Showed up when they said they would. Excellent cleanup. When it was just too hot to be up on the roof, they told me when they would be back to finish and they showed up then. Crew was very professional and courteous. Worked with me on getting insurance claim and getting paperwork filed.

Process was great. Called Bruce Sabine who advised how the process would work. He came out, inspected our roof and, provided a quote prior to getting the insurance claim completed. We'd had two other roofers come out but neither provided a quote, as they wanted to see what our insurance company was going to give us for our 20 year old roof. Bruce gave us a written, competitive quote, explained the services we could have him do, and gave us options on what was necessary and what wasn't. Our insurance guy came out, gave us a number of what they were going to do, and provided us with the initial check. We contacted Bruce who had Tim Cox schedule the job, and after a bit of schedule-wrangling on our part ( we had some unexpected company in town and had to defer a week the first time, which they gladly rescheduled around ) agreed on a date. On the day before the install, the roofing materials showed up around 7:15am, causing me to rush to get my wife's car out of the garage. The driver of the delivery truck, happily backed the material out of the driveway while I moved my wife's car so she could drive to work. These guys were so great to work with in all aspects. Every one of their subs or people involved with the job was courteous, careful, and helpful. On the day of the job, the weather was supposed to turn bad at midnight, and I was concerned if the job would be completed before the rain. It was, and the crew had everything back to normal by 6pm. I was impressed and amazed at how much they'd completed in so short a time! That night the rains came but we were safe and dry and had no leaks in the roof anywhere. All the work was sound and I was very grateful. Tim came the following Friday to inspect the work, get our thoughts on the job and pick up payment, which was happily given. The new roof looks great, is dry, and the whole process was as painless as would be expected from a professional group like Quality Tops Roofing. Will definitely recommend and use again, should we need it.

I made an appointment for someone to come to inspect the roof and give me an estimate for needed repairs. The representative called with his approximate arrival time. Upon arrival, he was very polite and professional. He did the inspection and gave me the estimate. I booked a date for the work to be done. Once again, the representative called with his arrival time, arrived and did the work without disruption. Each phone conversation and meeting was very polite and professional. It's difficult to tell if the problem was solved as we have not had a heavy, blowing rain since the work was done. However, the work is guaranteed for one year and I am sure that if there is a problem, I can expect complete cooperation from the company to resolve it.

Bruce came out and quickly found the problem causing the leak. He had it fixed in no time and he even took pictures to show us what had happened. Will use him for all my roofing needs.

Sometimes clients and family ask me why I am so adamant that they use reputable and established roofers when having roof work done and never use the drive by storm chasers to "save a few bucks". Remember you always have a deductible on your homeowners insurance and anything above that is covered by your insurance company. I had Quality Tops Roofing replace my roof after a storm in 2009. Recently developed a leak and called them to check it out. Yes, they are still in business. On top of that they repaired the leak under their warranty. Roofer arrived, fixed the leak, and left. Nothing to sign, nothing to pay, just shook hands and he left. This is why you deal with reputable companies. You don't get that with the storm chasers. I've recommended Quality Tops to a number of clients and always received great feedback

They arrived on time and finished the job quickly. They had two crews working. They were very efficient. They had different crews working on different things at the same time, and that's how they were able to finish quickly. My satellite dish didn't work after they were here, but they sent someone out to see if they could fix it. I had to go to the company to get somebody to come out with a new dish, though. But it may not have been something that the company did. I didn't get up there and look at the work myself, but I guess it's quality work.

The roofing team came on July 11, at 8:30AM, they finished the roofing job and clean-up at 9PM the same day. Paul Hooper came at about 11:15AM to check to see if we were happy with the roof job and to make sure the yard had been cleaned up. Mother paid him $6,068. We are very happy with this company's work.

I had three roofing companies bid on replacing my roof. Bruce was the one that explained the insurance process the best to me. He was able to cover most of my deductible. He also told me I had improper ventilation in my roof and took out some of the extra turtle vents that I didn't need. He did this at no extra charge. None of the other roofers made such a recommendation. In regards to price, I was able to get the impact resistant shingles and he pointed out that this will give me a discount at my insurance company. One other thing I liked was Bruce came around a couple times during the work and walked the roof with the workers and ensured high quality. After the job I had noticed that the workers had dented the gutters by backing up their trailer into it on my driveway. Bruce offered to take money off the bill to compensate saying he wanted me to be 100% satisfied. I definitely was.

The job was completed in half a day. Site was cleaned up and have had no issue since. There was several weeks between the original estimate and the actual work starting. Weather played some part in it and I would have been fine with that if that had been communicated properly. The work was excellent and I would use them again but would make sure to push on the communication.
