Quality Tops is the highest rated roofer for a reason. Very responsive, excellent work, everything was done right. Cost was competitive as well. There's no reason to take chances with a second rate roofer to save a few bucks. These guys are worth every penny.

Bruce and Tim were pleasant and thorough. Cost was competitive. Bruce worked patiently with me before the roofing started to determine the optimal attic ventilation. Few roofers know much about that, or would spend the time since it's not technically their reponsibility. The roofing went well, but the clean-up did not. The roofing crew left the patio furniture in the yard where they moved it out of the way while they were working. There was also a good bit of trash all around the house and blowing down the street. They obviously hadn't tried very hard to clean up, even though they finished at noon on a Tuesday. Another crew was sent out the next day to clean up and they did a thorough job, though they said they couldn't pick up trash from the neighbor's yards. That seems reasonable, but problematic for my neighbors. Overall they did a very good job. They got the most important stuff right. I'd still hire them over any other roofer, despite the few hickups.

Very professional and thorough with the repair. Actually went beyond the normal and repaired other areas which were possibly a future problem. Showed up with responsible personnel and took care of everything. We have used them for over 15 years and have always been very pleased with their service and knowledge.

Shingles had to be replaced due to storm damage. A very nice individual came by as promised and gave estimate for repairs. I agreed on estimate and requested the repairs be made. Repairs were made in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. All was very professional.

We knew we needed some repairs but were prepared to find out that we would need a new roof, as ours is 17 years old and has endured much severe weather this year. Bruce came out to give us an estimate, and it turned out we just needed several minor repairs. There was a miscommunication about when the crew would come to do the work, but Bruce quickly and cheerfully came back over to resolve the issue. We are very happy with the work and the response.

Wow! I was amazed. I have a typical single-family 2,300 sq. ft. home in Fort Worth with asphault shingles. I needed the roof replaced due to hail damage and I got five estimates from various roofers in the area. Quality Tops did WAY MORE than just give me an estimate. Bruce came out and spent over an hour with me going over exactly what they would do, recommendations for attic ventilation, how they would complete the work and when they would complete it. This was my first time having the roof replaced and I needed details! Bruce gave me all the details I needed and he was very nice about it all. What's more - the work was completed within just a few days after I met with him! The crew was great and roof is beautiful! One more thing - not only was Bruce nice and honest, but his quote was the lowest and he was the most knowledgeable. Go with this company - they won't let you down!

Because of the age of our roof I expected to be needing a full replacement, however a much cheaper repair was recommended. I appreciated their candor in recommending the repair because I had several door to door roofers tell me that the roof was ready to be scrapped. Quality Tops was also very accommodating with our schedule, doing the initial inspection and repair even though we couldn't be at home when either was done. The quality of the work was very good and they made sure that we were happy with the process and the repair afterwards. I chose Quality Tops because of the other stellar reviews that I read here. I agree wholeheartedly with those reviews and we're glad that they led us to the right company.

A list of recent roofing jobs in the area was provided for us to see the company’s completed projects. The installation crew worked quickly to complete the job promptly with no delays. YOU WILL NEVER FIND A MORE ETHICAL ROOFING COMPANY Quality Tops Roofing installed a new roof on our home in Arlington in September 2016. The work was performed quickly and expertly just like they said it would be. No surprises. In October of 2018, while we were out of town, heavy rains caused some leaking around our chimney creating some interior damage to our home. We contacted Bruce Sabine, owner and president of Quality Tops, who examined the roofing and took responsibility for the damage. He promptly had the flashing on the chimney repaired and then had a very competent contractor come in and address the interior repairs. Bruce never denied responsibility and never complained about the expense. Seldom have we found a more honest and ethical person and business. We highly recommend Quality Tops.

Bruce came by at the appointed time to look at our house to give an estimate for replacing our aging roof. We talked a little and then he checked things out to come up with an estimate. When he finished checking things out, he said that he would not be able to help me because I needed more work than just roofing due to problems with my roof and what it would take to fix issues with the underlying structure as well as dealing with some siding, to install flashing, that may contain asbestos. Bruce talked with much more detail than the representative from the other company I've talked to so far and sounded like he knew what he was talking about. Right off the bat, Bruce noticed I had wood shake underneath my asphault shingles and noted that meant that the roof work would need to include adding full decking since wood shake is not installed on decking. Based on my interaction with Bruce, I recommend Quality Tops Roofing and can see that their excellent rating here on Angie's List is likely very well earned. I will definitely be talking with them for future roofing needs.

They called a couple days ahead of when they could come out and had the work done before I got home from work on the day of repair. You couldn't tell they had been there other than the new shingles on the roof. Excellent work & clean up.

Bruce Sabine and his team were very professional. They were clean, on time, very expert, figured out what was wrong, explained it, and proposed a reasonable estimate to fix it. They came on time on the day of the repair, took pictures of the repairs at our request, forwarded them to us later on, and stood behind their work. I've used Quality Tops Roofing for two roof repair jobs in the last couple of years. The first time was for damage to our garage roof from a fallen branch. The work was well done and the price was very fair. About a year later I called them back to fix a problem along the eaves where a couple of satellite dishes had once been installed. Once again, the price was very fair and the work was very well done. A company with integrity.

Estimator showed up on time, was very professional and gave me options. I appreciated that he found a way to help me save money, if I could connect the vents myself. I had previously called Texas Star Roofing and they had wanted over a thousand dollars. I ended up paying $375.

This is the second time I've used QTR and they are awesome! Paul Hooper came out and reviewed all of my vent pipes since I had one that was leaking, and determined which needed repairs before more leaks started. The team were able to come out two weeks later and the job was finished the same day and at the price promised. I have used QTR to replace a roof on my previous home, which is why I called this for this help. QTR gives you an estimate to perform the work, sticks to their estimate and is very open and transparent to deal with. Crew showed up on the day Bruce said they would and at the time he said they would and did the whole roof in 1 day plus hauled away all of the existing shingles and cleaned up around the yard all the old shingle debris. The crew did a great job and I would recommend this company for roofing work anytime.

Quality Tops roofing should be a beacon model for American business. The estimate and the final invoice were identical. The price can not be beat, The crew was fantastic. They started at 7am and dis not break or let up until 12:30pm when they finished. They were highly skilled and meticulous. They even painted my vent pipes, caps and wind turbines to match my roof perfectly. They practice the backpackers cardinal rule, "leave no trace behind". They even cleaned the leaves off my carport, driveway and sidewalk steps. The only evidence they were ever here was the impeccably beautiful new roof. Bruce and Tim and follow-up team are unsurpassed.

The owner is very professional. Out of three roof companies that I met for my project, Quality Top is the best. When we met in my home, he had samples or brochures for all major materials that his company will use. This include Shingle, exact brand/type of Ridge Vent, Ridge Shingle, Leak guard, Synthetic roof felt, etc. I almost became some kind of "expert" for my project after we discussed the detail. It helped me greatly to finalize my final contract.
