He was a nice guy but I made it clear to him I couldn?t afford a new roof and just wanted it repaired.

Bruce was very detailed during the quote on what I needed on the roof and why. He detailed air movement and redesigned the airflow in the attic to upgrade the ventilation. Value was so good, I was able to get top of the line lifetime warranty shingles and still be lower overall cost than one of their most popular competitors. When they were done, I was impressed with how clean the yard was; virtually no remains of the old shingles and I did not find a single nail (and I looked, and even had my kids look). I would definitely recommend Quality Tops to everyone looking for professionals to do their roof at a great price.

It went very well. The project cost what they said it would. Had a little leak around a vent over the garage after the job, but they came and repaired it quickly. They installed the roof in one day. I never even saw the crew. Left in the morning for work with an old roof and came home to a new one. Gutter guys came a few days later. I did find some nails in the grass around the house, but nothing excessive. I would use them again.

I don't know if the repair fixed the problem since we haven't had rain but there is a 1 year guarantee so I am not worried. Tim is very friendly and professional. While a roofer could have told use we had a major problem (since I wasn't willing to go on the roof nor do I have expertise in roofing), Tim gave us an honest assessment of the problem. I would trust the company with additional repairs or roof replacement.

After the drenching rains this spring in Dallas, a water stain appeared on the inside wall near my front door. Bruce arrived on time and inspected the area. He found a large amount of debris had accumulated in a corner of the roof, and he knocked it all down. This, it appears, was the cause of the water behind the wall. I was concerned that it was the flashing, but he assured me that it was adequate. He recommended I have someone clean off that area of the roof every three months or so. I was very impressed with his honesty and integrity, and will definitely call them again if/when I have roofing issues.

This company thoroughly explained their proposal to me and answered all of my questions. They explained the roofing process that would take place. They brought to my attention that the ventilation system in my attic was not sufficient for proper cooling and made suggestions to improve it. Since the improvements were made, I have noticed that my house is much cooler. I was most impressed by this company's excellent customer service. Never before have I experienced such good communication from a contractor. I was kept informed of the status of the job from the time I signed the contract to the end of project. My calls and/or emails were returned quickly (usually same day). This was important to me because even though the job was completed in one day, we had to first wait for the rainy days to stop. This company really cares about their customers and my roof looks great. I highly recommend this company.

Quality Tops Roofing promptly responded with estimate and provided recommendations for improving the quality of roofing materials, as well as the addition of vents (at no additional cost). They were slightly delayed in their execution of the new roof due to weather, but once they had a clear day completed the job in one day. The new roof looks awesome! It went really well. The roofers were able to come right away. They finished the job in one day and did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves.

Paul called on the day of the appointment to give estimated time of arrival. He was professional and courteous. He checked the roof and said he saw only one spot that might be the problem. Nails had been pulled up so he screwed down the shingles to hopefully prevent them from being blown up in strong wind and rain. He said to call if that didn't do the trick. We are about to get wind and rain from Hurricane Bill so they will be tested I'm sure, and, hopefully, the area will stay dry. I had the room painted after the first repair, so as a result of the loose shingles that were screwed down this time, I will possibly need to have the area "touched up" by the painters.

I called to get an estimate on repairing or replacing a leaking roof on a rental house. Bruce PROMPTLY returned my call, showed up to check out the roof, and then sent an estimate. All done in a very timely manner. He recommended replacing the entire roof rather than piecemeal repairing and patching. (This was also the recommendation of the other roofers I contacted so I never felt like he was trying to "sell me up." ) His estimate was almost $600 more than the other I finally selected and that was the only reason I did not have his company do the work.

from beginning to end, it was a totally "user-friendly" experience. all of the people involved were very professional and courteous. The president of the company ensured us that everything would go smoothly; and it did. Our final walk-through was performed by Tim and he made sure that all the "I"s were dotted and the "t"s were crossed to our satisfaction.

We called other roofing companies but Quality Tops Roofing was the only one that returned our phone call. Their quote was slightly less than what the adjuster quoted so we thought it was a great deal. We were pleasantly surprised that we didn't need to be home for neither the initial quote nor when the work was being performed; this convenience made the whole process easy and hassle free.

We recently moved into a 16 year old home in need of love and attention. Several of the lead vent stack covers had been damaged by squirrels. It seems they enjoy the taste of lead. The remainder of the vent stack covers were PVC and had begun to deteriorate from exposure to UV radiation from the sun. All eight vent stack covers were replaced with lead covers, a stainless steel mesh sleeve was installed around and over them to prevent future squirrel attacks, and they were painted to match the roof. The Paul Harvey version of the story includes that when they came out to perform an estimate I requested an inspection of the roof to see if there were any areas in need of attention. I specifically pointed out an area in a valley where the kitchen vent stack was placed that looked like it was sunken. The inspection found NO additional damage or need for repairs. This is our second home where Quality Tops Roofing came out and gave us a fair and honest assessment of our roof and the scope of repairs needed. They are straight shooters, who do good work for a fair price. I trust them. They did take a small hit for responsiveness, but it should be noted we have been experiencing abnormally heavy and frequent rain that delayed all of their work. Once our job made it to the top of the queue, they arrived as promised and got 'er done. As for price, while I consider what I paid to have been fair, I always want a better deal, so I gave them something to shoot for!

Quality Tops sent an experienced two man crew and were able to accomplish almost all the work in one day. The water leak near the chimney cap proved troublesome but Paul was finally able to find and seal it off. I was pleased with their professionalism. Quality Tops was nowhere near the low bidder on this repair job but I chose them anyway because of reputation. I would use them again.

Just great! Our Rep Tim contacted me promptly after receiving my request from Angie's List.I was surprised to hear from him. Tim was our rep from a couple of years ago when we hired Quality Top to replace our home roof. They did a fantastic job then. This was a small project by comparison. The flashing around our chimney had to be repaired due to an inspection required in the sale of our home. Was a an easy and quick fix for Tim.

Everything went very smoothly from initial phone contact to finish. I was well taken care.

Paul came out and spent plenty of time looking for the exact issue that caused a leak in our Master bedroom ceiling. He got up onto the roof and then went into the attic. He was VERY thorough and really knew his stuff. It's been weeks now since they fixed it, and we have had a lot of hard rain since then. No more leak! Quality Tops is a great company with great people and I would use them again. Very highly recommended.

Responded quickly. We made plans to have the repair done as soon as his schedule and weather allowed. approximately one month later he arrived and did repair. We have had several hard rains since the repair and no leaks have been noted. Repaired area blends in and cannot be noticed. So far I am totally satisfied with his work.

Bruce Sabine was the representative who gave us our estimate. He was punctual, detailed, and honest about the type of work his company was going to do for us. Bruce answered all of our questions and gave us lots of options on the types of materials that were available. The workers were on time, did an excellent job installing the roof and cleaning up all in one day. The company followed up to make sure we were satisfied with the work that was done. We had a very good experience using this company and highly recommend them.

After evaluating bids from various firms for both replacing the patio roof and doing a localized patch, we selected Quality Tops Roofing to do a localized repair. Unfortunately, we have not had much really hard rain for a rigorous test of the repair, we have experienced some high winds with enough rain to express satisfaction at the repair. Paul was professional in all aspects of his work and cleanup after the job was thorough. I will definitely call this contractor for any future roof work.

I know its cliche, but Quality Tops Roofing went above and beyond the competition. Let me tell you, these guys know what they are doing. In an era where excellent customer service cant always be expected, Bruce and his team took the time to sit down and explain and answer all of our questions. Communication was perfect, from the minute I first contacted them, during the actual install, and even post-install follow-up to ensure I was happy with my new roof. Over the past year, I've had 4 different roofers from Angies List come out to try to find the source of the roof leak. (none did.) Other highly rated providers sent very inexperienced people out to find/fix the leak. Maybe when I'd mentioned it was a 4th story deck, they sent out their "B" team since they didn't want to hassle with it. But Quality Tops sent out Paul, who was the most intelligent, methodical, experienced, trustworthy and caring of all the companies that gave me quotes. This was a tiny "pain in the neck" kind of a job, I know, but Paul treated me like a valued customer and was very responsive to questions, etc. that I texted him. I've already given his name to several people and will surely contact him for a quote if we ever need to reroof our townhouse complex. Paul, their sales guy, came out and climbed into the attic with me to note where I had seen water dripping down roof supports. He noted the position of where I had seen water dripping relative to the chimney, so he could investigate once he got outside on the roof itself. He also pointed out where prior repairs had been made prior to me owning the home. He then grabbed his ladder and climbed up onto the roof to look at the area he had noted in the attic. Once Paul was on the roof, he was able to ascertain where the water was likely getting through noting defects in either the prior repair or the original roofing job. He had identified the problem and presented me with a plan to remedy the situation. Now would be an excellent time for me to note that Paul was not only Quality Tops roofing sales guy, he was also the guy who would do the work if I awarded them the job. I did. It made a difference to me that Paul was both sales and roofing tech with tons of experience. Not just a sales guy. Given their busy schedule, the lead time was a couple weeks away, but I wanted them to do the work so I hired them. Paul showed up when he said he would, did the work, and cleaned up the waste to my complete satisfaction.
