Called, received estimate within the week, negotiated and agreed on a price and date. Workers arrived and worked all day, finishing around 5 PM, cleaning up all their mess and some of mine as well. Excellent work. In the process of installing the new shingles, they found that one of my vent pipes was not properly connected and told me what was needed to fix it. I went to Home Depot, bought the poly pipe and fitting, returned and gave it to them and they installed it at no extra cost. Thanks! They also removed my vents and Dish antenna for removal of old shingles and reinstalled them after the new shingles were installed. The next day, the salesman came by to check on the job and get my check. Now I am waiting on the insurance company to send me the second half of my insurance check.

Arrived on time, work took a little longer than planned, cleaned up ok. Close out tech was a somewhat irresponsible, but got thru the final paperwork ok on the 2nd try.

They analyzed, diagnosed, and fixed the leaky roof in two places. We have had a hard rain since then and am happy to say "NO LEAKS"

They were responsive and arrived on time for the estimate. I received a full and thorough explanation as to the damage and my options for repairing it. Quality Tops Roofing did a great job in repairing the leak on my roof. IT is an issue I have been dealing with for years and they presented a solution which I feel has solved the problem. If not, they guarantee the work for 12 months which gives my wife and I comfort. I want to give them A's across the board, but I have to give them a C in Punctuality. I had to contact them after the date they had committed to come out to finally get the work done. To be fair, we had just gone through the wettest months in the history of the state and I know they had to be backed up from other jobs. The key here is to have a communication plan in place when things like that occur. I wish companies would really understand that great communication overcomes so many of the challenges that can occur between them and their customers. If you are running late, fine, contact me and be HONEST with me as to when you can be there. That is really all I ask. Value my time for as much as I pay for yours. All in all, a great company and they did a great job. I will recommend them to others.

The crew did all the work n one day. Roof looks great and clean up was spotless.

Paul was great. He came out and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that instead of new roof, I only needed a repair. He let me know that I had several years of roof life left. I thought for sure that whoever came out, because of the age of my roof, would be giving me the hard sell for a replacement...which I actually expected. But that was not the case. Paul provided a written estimate and we arranged for him to come back when it was convenient to future larger jobs in the area. With such a small job for my roof, it was more economical for all parties for his crew to do the job under those circumstances. This plan actually worked out great as once we got in to July, the rain all but stopped. After talking to Paul in June, his crew did the repair on August 3rd. They called to set a time and took care of the repair in a very short amount of time and for the original estimate amount. And as luck would have it, we had a rare August rain event about a week later and....no leaks! The job was quick, clean, no mess left behind. I feel like this is an honest company and did the work that was needed and didn't try to up-sell, which was very refreshing! I am very pleased with the results and when the time finally does come to replace the roof, I know who I will be calling!

Initially contacted in June requesting assistance as water had leaked into the garage on two occasions during the heavy rains. Scheduled an appointment and evaluated the problem. However, because of so many people with roofing problems that were more serious than mine, promised that they would contact me when they were in the area. In August, they called to say that they were in the area. They came over and repaired the problem in less than an hour. The repairman was efficient and professional. I never called back to ask whether they still had me on their list. It was great to NOT have to call a business numerous times to find out when they were coming. They said that they would come, and they did. I would use them again as I appreciated their promptness in responding and professionalism in taking care of the problem.

Bruce and his team did a knock out job on the roof replacement. Initially I called and set up an appointment to get an estimate. Bruce came out the next evening and was right on time. He looked the roof over and we then sat down to discuss the replacement. He was very thorough in explaining what was going to be done. He was the only contractor who gave me an estimate without wanting to look at the insurance paperwork. I called him back out a second time because I had questions and concerns. Without hesitation he made arrangements to come back out and answer my concerns. That night we signed the contract for the work to be performed. Two days later Tim called to schedule the work and set up delivery of materials. Materials were delivered on time with no issues. Tim made arrangements for the team to start on Friday due to my busy schedule. Initially they were going to start on Thursday. Mr. Cruz and his team came out first thing that morning and got right to work. They worked diligently all day and night to get the work completed. Tim dropped by halfway through the day to answer questions and make sure everything was going well. The crew finished late that night and came back the next morning to touch up and finish clean up. The roof looks amazing and for a few hundred dollars more Bruce was able to upgrade the roof replacement with the SureStart Certainteed Warranty! The entire team was there every step of the way. Tim came back out after completion and made sure that the roof was installed to specs. We did notice one small defect which Tim fixed himself immediately. If you want a quality roof call Bruce Sabine. He is the owner and President of his company and the entire team takes pride in all the work performed. Thank you Gentlemen for a great job!!!

Arrived on time, went to work and stayed at it until they were finished. They had all work completed by 2:00 PM. Then they thoroughly cleaned up all debris from the old roof. They are a very professional and compotent

This review is only of the Angieslist deal for roof maintenance with repair credit. Our home inspection when we purchased our house identified a number of items pertaining to the roof that were in need of being addressed, and as the going rate on Angieslist deals for a roof inspection/maintenance package was $200 at the time and Quality TOPS has a great record, we bought their package with repair credit. I would advise others against purchasing the package. When the roof team came by, they introduced themselves and did quick work on the roof (about 30 minutes). I went through my list of anticipated needs based on the inspection report (including flashing additions, localized shingle damage, and localized lifting shingles) and they said those repairs weren't really needed, but we would need a full roof replacement in the next 2-3 years and offered to send a quote for a full roof replacement. They did no repairs that day and when I asked what needed to be done they only spoke of needing a whole roof replacement in a few years (though not this year). I don't doubt that our roof is nearing the end of its life, but I did get the impression that they felt it wasn't worth their time to do anything for the roof, despite our having paid for a $200 credit, which they intended to hold onto. The owner said he would keep the $200 credit on our account for future work we might have them do. We received no written checklist/description of the work they had performed or the results of their review. A few days or a week later, he called and said he had forgotten one thing that needed to be done; a furnace vent cap needed to be replaced. Their normal service fee is at least $275, but he would apply the $200 credit from our Angieslist deal and call it square (technically, the $200 credit is only contractually valid for work approved the same day as the maintenance package was used, but we weren't informed of the need at that point). I approved the work (better than nothing for the $200 we weren't getting back, and if it needs to be done, let's please do it!) and he said they'd come out that week. A couple weeks later on a weekend a crew showed up to make the 15 minute repair. Quality TOPS might be great in others' experience, but their maintenance package is not an actual deal, and they did not handle communication about the work they did and the work that was needed in a way that merits the fee they charge. Unfortunately, we are not inclined to contact them when we gather quotes to replace our roof in the near future, based on this experience.

All employees were courteous and professional. The bid was in line with expectations and Paul explained all the options with no pressure to replace the entire roof. Work was completed quickly and efficiently on the day scheduled.

I had called several roofing companies before I spoke to Quality Tops. They sent Bruce out not long after I made initial call. He was very courteous and professional. He took his time inspecting the roof and even drew out his own diagram. He took his time to explain what their company offered and what they could do. Earlier, it had been brought to our attention that some wood on our chimney was rotten. I mentioned this to Bruce and he stated that their company would replace the wood. I was surprised that it did not add more on to the quote for this extra work. I had been told by other roofing companies that we would have to supply the paint for the replaced board - the carpenter for Quality Tops got the paint by himself and it was no extra cost to me. Once our HOA approved the work, the crew got started. It only took them a day to complete the work and the roof looks great. They made sure to clean up after job was over. No money was given until after the work was done. Tim, from Quality Tops, came and did an inspection of the work. He pointed out that the shingles around the chimney were somewhat disturbed (due to the carpenter's work on chimney which happened after the roof was put on). He told us to keep an eye on the seam and let him know if it was still there in a month. Stated he would reach back to us at the first of September to see if he needed to send anyone out to fix the problem. All in all, it was a very nice experience and would use them again. The work was great and they gave me the lowest quote out of SEVERAL roofing companies. I would suggest them to anyone who needs roof work done and will use them again in the future.

Went well. I'm a remote landlord and they worked well with me and my tenant. Sent me pictures of the work in progress. Tenant said they did a good job and were professional. Folks I talked to on the phone and by email were very professional and courteous. Price was competitive. Other companies I called would not give me a bid when they found out I had an insurance claim. They wanted to get whatever the insurance company was willing to pay. But these guys dealt with me, which saved me a little money off my deductible.

I can't say enough good things about Bruce Sabine and his crew at Quality Tops Roofing. From the estimate to the completion of the project Bruce and his crew went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations in every way. We had contacted several roofing companies and got estimates from them all. Bruce was the only one that actually went up on our roof and gave us a fair estimate and even pointed out things that the other companies didn't even mention. He never once asked about how much money we were getting from the insurance company where the other roofers asked immediately. Bruce worked with us to determine the best solution for our roof (materials and proper ventilation options for the attic) and only after we had settled that did he offer to review the insurance estimate to ensure that they were paying for everything they should. Once we had the work finalized Tim contacted us to setup a time for the work to begin. Tim's crew arrived when they said they would and they worked efficiently to complete the roofing project that same day with Tim keeping me in the loop throughout the process while I was at work. They did an excellent job and we couldn't be happier about the result.

As far as I can tell the work was done well and correctly. Everyone was very easy and friendly to work with.

The estimator arrived promptly as scheduled. When I asked the estimator to upgrade the conditions of the estimate to match those which were submitted by a competitor, he did so promptly, resulting in an equivalent quoted job but at a lower price. The work was scheduled to be performed while I was away from home. The entire job was completed in a single day, and the work crew cleaned up after the job quite thoroughly. A second representative of the company came by to go over the job with me and answered any questions I had. He provided the specific documentation I needed for my insurance company to qualify for a discount on my homeowner's policy. I am pleased with the work and the price and have no hesitation about recommending this company.

This happened during the time the storm "Bill" blew through--so QTF was pretty busy so had to wait a couple weeks for them to come out and check out the problem that caused the leak into one of my bathrooms. Once checked out was able to get to within about a week. Everyone was very nice that I was in contact with, which often is not the case when guys are dealing with a lady. It has not rained since the fix, but will assume no problems. One thing I really appreciated was despite the fact my roof is fairly old, they said it was in fairly good condition and did not try to get me to put on a whole new roof. When that time comes I will use them.
