This company is extremely professional! Good attention to detail and they really care about doing the job right! Bruce gave me a perfect written estimate on the spot ? every detail was there ? nothing missing or hidden. Tim set up the job quickly with great organization on roofing day, Jose?s crew is amazing!Very fast, meticulous and left my home grounds clean ? I couldn?t even tell they were there! And I appreciated Tim keeping in touch during the job, and hearing the thought, care and attention they were putting into certain problem areas of my roof, to correct it and make it right. I used to have the worst roof in the neighborhood, now I have one of the best - thanks to this superb company. I did choose top of the line roofing and 30# felt, but I feel very safe in my home now ? finally. Estimating was out very quickly. Repairs went smoothly and clean up after was good. The reason for the B on punctuality was was because the original estimated date for repair was delayed...I think this was after a rainy time and my leaks were contained so not a big problem. I would use them again with confidence.

Wonderful! Bruce worked directly with the insurance company. He was able to point out things they had missed. It was a very smooth process. I was out of town when the roof was installed, when I returned I had a beautiful new roof. Great Company! Great People! and Great Service! I could not have asked for a better experience.

Bruce took care of us every step of the way from the estimate to the actual job and then, the final inspection. We had three other bids on the project. Bruce was the most knowledgeable, especially about our patio cover, which had a very low slope making it more challenging than the average roofing job. Bruce was at the job site and took care of the intricate details. Pricing was excellent. We are very happy with the look of the new roof and the work performed. We would definitely use Quality Tops Roofing again.

I was impressed with everything they did! At our first meeting, Bruce not only provided a through written estimate, he also took the time to make sure I understood everything and felt good about his company and the products he proposed using. The installation crew worked quickly, but did an excellent job. I particularly like the way they installed and braced new decking where the 2 skylights had been. True to their name, they did a high quality job all the way around.

The whole process went very well. A tree branch had fallen on the roof plus I had a missing shingle and several shingles that were not attached well. I was worried that I would need a whole new roof. The estimator arrived promptly. He pointed out some areas that needed repairs and assured me that the repairs could be made. He provided two options. One to address the immediate issues and one to address everything he found and help avoid future problems. I was happy to have the choice and decided to go with the option to address everything. I liked that they could complete the work without having someone at the house. They did a great job. I could barely tell that they had been there and now I don't have leaks.

After filling an insurance claim and being abandoned by another roofing company I called Quality Tops Roofing three days before the adjusters inspection. Bruce Sabine came out and inspected my home later that same day. He was very professional and explained what all was included in the roof replacement estimate. They were able to begin the job within a week and finished it in one day. They did a great job and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. I would recommend their services to anyone needing roof repair and would hire them again.

The company who installed our roof a year ago refused to come out and fix some flashing issues. I guess the job was either too small or they worried we would demand it for free. However, Quality Tops not only returned our call promptly, but scheduled us in quickly and did a great job. It was a small project but they took care of it professionally and with great attention to communication with us. I'd definitely trust them for much larger job. Thumbs up all around.

They arrived early around 7:00 a.m. workers removed the old roof and then started putting on the new roof. The workers were very polite. After they put the roof on which they finished the same day. They removed all the trash. The next day a walk through was done. Everything was completed and my husband approved and payed the bill.

They first came out to survey the issue. We were presented with a detailed overview of the problem and the cost of the repair. They took the time to explain what repairs were needed. They gave us a time window they felt they could get back to the house to do the work, which was about 4 weeks. About three weeks later, they called us with an opening in the schedule and were out within a few days. The repair went very smoothly. I was updated with the how it was proceeding and a full explanation of what was done was given to me at the end. AND, the cost remained the same! Very nice, polite and professional crew!!

Work was completed in one day and looks amazing! Turbines and flashings are a great match. Bruce was professional and took the time to explain everything and ensured the work was completed. He kept us up to date on the progress and made sure the job was to our satisfaction Price was as quoted.

The work crew foreman called the day before to confirm the service appointment. The crew arrived on-time with everything needed. The work was completed during a single afternoon, slightly earlier than expected. The foreman accompanied me on a walk-around inspection of the work. He provide me with the parts and workmanship warranty & explained what it meant. His behavior was courteous and professional. When I called the next day to arrange for payment, the business manager was also courteous and professional. He asked about my satisfaction with the work done and the conduct of the crew. I confirmed that I was very pleased with the way the job was handled. Although theirs was not the cheapest quote that I received when I shopped around before choosing Quality Tops Roofing, I consider that I got excellent value for my money.

Bruce Sabine had given us a quote for roof replacement in June, 2015. We had decided to go with another roofing contractor who led us on for three months, under the guise of trying to get us more money from our insurance company (the company had given us a good estimate to begin with). We finally cut all ties with that contractor in the middle of September. We then contacted Bruce at Quality Tops to see if he was still interested. He said that he was. Bruce gave us an updated estimate, to which we agreed, and the job was completed within the next week. All of the material for the job was delivered the afternoon before the job. Edward and his crew arrived around 8:00 AM and began work. They were completely finished and had cleaned up everything before they left at 5:15 PM. Super job!

When I had a tree service provider remove broken branches from my roof, the result of a recent rain/wind storm, they saw a hole in my roof. A broken branch had created this hole. I made a desperate call to Quality Tops because I was pleased with the service they provided when they installed my roof and hoped they could help me. They had no available crews, but one of the officers of the company offered to come to my home to patch the roof after he finished at another location. The advancing storm and darkness made it impossible for him to do more. As it turned out, the tree service provider patched the hole, and Quality Tops came a few days later to properly repair the roof. I truly appreciated the offer to help me, and I am still very much pleased with my roof. I do not hesitate to recommend Quality Tops Roofing. f

They removed the old bitumen asphalt surface on the small 8' x 10' flat roof that forms the crown of my roof which otherwise is covered with 50-year impact resistant modified asphalt shingles. This bitumen flat roof had deteriorated over time particularly at the edges to the point it was leaking with any kind of rain event. Quality Tops recommended a monolithic TPO surface (thermoplastic olefin, basically a durable type of rubber that comes in large rolls) made by GAF, which is actually more of a commercial product than residential. I did the research and agreed this was a fine way to go for longevity and hail/puncture resistance. Bruce ("the man"), Miguel, and Angel knocked this project out in a few hours. They removed the old roof material, put down some underlayment fiberboard, and then rolled out and glued down the TPO material overlapping the edges of the roof structure, installed aluminum siding to hold down all the edges, then finished it out with a smaller layer of TPO "tape" on top overlapping this molding and the TPO surface to make it all watertight. Then they painted the siding to match the house color, which was really not necessary but was a nice finishing touch anyway. Quality Tops also replaced all the vents coming up through the roof, installed screens over each one (to stop the squirrels from chewing on the lead flashing), and painted them all a dark brown to blend in with the color of the roof shingles. They came back the next day to replace a few damaged shingles close to the vents. Overall, a very professional job performed with skill and lots of good old-fashioned hard labor.

I bought the roof inspection deal. Provider and crew were punctual and professional. They inspected the roof, sealed a few lose shingles and gave me a written report of the inspection assuring me that I wont be needing a new roof for a few more years. I will definitely call them again when I'm ready to replace my roof.

It went very well. I called for an appointment as soon as possible as we were leaving town on vacation. There were none available before we were leaving. So I made one for when we returned, but asked the nice gal if she would call if they had a cancellation, because we were leaving town. She called back either that day or the next - saying there was a cancellation could we be home at a certain day and time. Of course we could. So they came promptly and fixed the problem. What a relief !!! It was quite a while before it rained hard enough to test the repair, but now, after a few good hard rains I can say with certainty that the flashing has been well repaired. I was very pleased with their customer service, their repair and their pricing and would use Quality Tops Roofing again.

We need a new roof for our house and called Quality Tops for an estimate. Bruce showed up, examined the roof, and when he was done knocked on the door. He wanted to come into the house, which I agreed to even though the house was a mess, I had just gotten home, and had some things I needed to do. He then proceeded to launch into a long spiel about how great Quality Tops is (that's fine) and describing -- in minute detail -- what all they'd do. I had no desire, intention, or expectation that I'd have to spend half an hour listening to a sales pitch just to get an estimate. This was to be the third estimate we'd get and in neither of the other cases did anything like this happen. As Bruce slowly moved down his long checklist of things they would do as part of replacing the roof, explaining each one in painful detail, I tried several times to communicate as politely as I could that I wanted things to move along a little faster. Apparently oblivious to (or just ignoring) my cues, he continued moving slowly through his list, and I finally asked outright if we could move a little faster. He said, "Never mind" and stormed out of my house. So I didn't have any work done and don't even know how much they would have charged to do it. But in hindsight given Bruce's behavior, I guess I found out what I needed to know about doing business with this company. Postscript: Being WILLING to share a lot of information about the job is great but INSISTING on it is not, especially when you've invited yourself into the prospective customer's home late on a Friday afternoon after they just got home from work. I'm really not sure which part of the exchange Bruce considered strange, but it certainly was unusual from my perspective too. We contacted multiple roofers for estimates and all the others were content to e-mail their bids. No one else insisted on coming inside our house to discuss the estimate or asked to sit down once they came in. And even if they had, I suspect that they'd have reacted differently to my increasingly direct indications that I wasn't interested in a lengthy sales pitch. As far as the "storming out" goes, well in fairness I guess that IS a somewhat subjective interpretation but this isn't: after Bruce told me "Never mind", he gathered up his papers and walked out without saying another word. Whether you call that "storming out" or something else, it certainly wasn't friendly or professional. The truth is that in hindsight I suspect Bruce saved us both a little time by leaving when he did. In my experience the longer the sales pitch the higher the bid, and if his estimate was as high as his explanation of the work was long then it's unlikely I'd have chosen Quality Tops for the job. Clearly this company does have a lot of satisfied customers, so maybe I just caught Bruce on a bad day or something. Your mileage may vary.

Quality Tops Roofing was excellent to work with from the moment I called and set up the appointment. The sales rep was on time and made a quick and fair estimate of the work needed to be done. Once the work was completed I had an additional issue which was addressed immediately and taken care of at no additional charge. I give them my highest recommendation for honest, fair, timely and professional quality work.

I would probably not use them again in future.

Meet with the roofer initially and agreed on a price. Not much communication about the scheduled time for the work to be completed. I had to call to get this timeframe. When we signed the contract, we knew we were putting the house on the market in a month or so, but no firm date (relocation for new job). We wait the 2 weeks he had indicated it would take to get scheduled before we called. ~3 weeks from signing the contract to having the work performed. If we knew for sure when the house would have been on the market, I think the scheduling would have been better. As for the work, they arrived promptly on the arranged day and completed the work quickly and didn't leave any debris behind. Strong rains occurred a week or so later and there we no roof leaks, so job well done.

They came as scheduled and completed the work in one day. They sit down with me after the work was completed and explained everything they did. Additionally, they followed up two weeks later to ensure I was completely satisfied.

Customer service was better than any other company we have ever worked with. Bruce kept in touch, kept us up to date, and responded prompting to various questions as our projects progressed. Their price was the same as other companies' quotes, but I have never seen such dedication to making the customer happy, even when I had to stretch out the repair schedule in order to get a siding job done prior to the final touches on the flat roof section. They will be my go-to roofers!

I very happy with the work they did. Showed up on time for both the estimate and when the work was to be done. A professional business and I will be using them in the future.
