Professional from the first phone call on. We received a packet of info on the company after our initial contact, they were quick to respond to questions before, during and after the roofing job. Crew was great, job took exactly as long as they said and when they wrapped up they made sure area surrounding house was nail, trash free. The price was comparable to other roofers in the area. We'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

The entire process from the initial estimation appointment to actual roof replacement was very smooth. The roof inspection and estimation was done in a very professional manner and everything was clearly explained. The crew completed the job on-time and with the expected high quality. The follow-up roof inspection was completed quickly and my few issues were completely addressed.

Bruce came out to inspect our roof for hail and wind damage. He didn't try to oversell the damage as two other roofing companies had tried to do. After accepting his quote he told me the work would be complete in about two weeks and that's exactly what happened. We had an insurance adjuster out to check for other storm damage and the adjuster checked the roof repair while he was there. Our adjuster noted that the repair work was done very well and when he asked how much we paid he said that $425 was a more than fair price, especially for the steep pitch of our roof. According to our adjuster, we'll need to have some ridge vents added to help properly ventilate our roof to extend the life of the roof and we plan to have Quality Tops come back and do that work for us, as well.

This company is awesome to deal with, both before the sale and after! We went with them because they could get the gutters replaced on the same bill and also done quickly, given that we had a tight deadline prior to listing our house for sale. While they had about a month of backlog, they worked with me to get it scheduled asap and then also had the gutters installed a few days after the roof and everything went smoothly and we have had no issues with the roof post-installation. They also helped me figure out how to deal with insurance and even found that the roof was slightly larger than the insurance company first said, so they worked with our insurance to have them pay us maybe $500 more to compensate for the roof square footage error. We had another quote that was slightly less, but if you want great service and a job done right, plus the gutters replaced along with the roof, these are the guys to use! Thanks Eric and Tim!

I just want to thank Eric, Tim and all the guys at Quality Top. I have to admit I was a little nervous about hiring a roofing contractor, as I have no experience or knowledge about roofing. After doing some reading and research I had Eric - the estimator come over and give me an estimate. After he had inspected my roof, he drew up an estimate for the job. He was super friendly, kind and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and I knew immediately that I had found the company I was going to hire to do my work. He at no time, until things were already settled, ask to see my insurance papers, which is what the other estimators had done, which made me feel like I was getting ripped off. Tim the project manager called to let me know approx. when they would be out, had the materials delivered to the house and called again the day the work was being done to inform me of last minute details. The crew showed up at 6 am and completed a fairly large project in a 12 hrs period. They cleaned up, leaving no evidence that had even been there. The following wk his own inspector came by to review the job and tie up loose ends but I already knew the job was well done as I had my own inspector come by, and he had told me everything looked great. excellent. Team that installed our shingles has worked for Quality Top for several years. All are experienced professional roofers. Quality Top is a little pricey in my opinion but you get what you pay for. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone requiring a new roof.

We had used Quality Tops Roofing to put a new roof on a detached garage that was done very well. So we called them for this small job. Paul Hooper came on 6/8/16 and gave us an estimate for the repair which we considered very reasonable. Paul did indicate that they were behind about 2 weeks, but someone would call when they could come. After 4 weeks of not hearing from them, my husband called to ask when they could come, as there had been additional rain storms in the interim. They came the next day and did the repair. The person had indicated he would arrive between 9-9:30, but arrived about 11:00. He indicated he got caught in traffic coming from Fort Worth to Dallas. We do understand these situations happen on our freeways. Everyone with Quality Tops is very nice and professional and does excellent work. Our only concern was that it took 4 weeks to get the repair done, and we actually felt that they had forgotten about us since no one had called us. This is the only reason for the overall "B" score.

They were very professional. They got here early in the day and worked steadily. They did take breaks as they needed them but there was never a sense that they were wasting time.

During one of our many storms in the past year and a half, we had eight ridge cap shingles come off due to the wind. We called up Quality Tops Roofing and they scheduled someone to come out and take a look at the damage and give us an estimate on repairs. Paul Hooper came out and looked things over. While up on the roof, he noticed that the vent stack for one of our furnaces was not sealed well and also needed repair to avoid the potential for water and animals coming in. He provided us with an estimate (I believe it was $275) and let us know that someone would be giving us a call regarding when they could come out to do the repairs. A few weeks later when the rains had subsided, we received the call to say that we were next in line. The next day the guys arrived promptly at 10:00 when scheduled. The eight ridge cap shingles were replaced with new ones. They also made sure that other shingles in the vicinity were properly secured. The flashing and vent boot around the furnace exhaust pipe was also sealed. In all, it took about half an hour and it was done. While we've had several storms since then, the shingles have remained in place.

They came when they said they would, gave us a bid and began work. Their workers were experienced and did an excellent job. All debris was cleaned up and hauled off. They called to make sure we were satisfied with the work...and we certainly were. We called Quality Top since we had used them before and trusted them!!

This is not the first time we have used Quality Tops Roofing. We had some damage last year which they fixed. They are outstanding. I will call them and make an appointment. Their inspector will come out to assess the issue and set up the repair appointment. About 30 minutes before the repair appointment time the repairman will call with an estimated time of arrival. It's probable that you will not have to be home in order for the repair to be completed. This last time I had them come out, Paul Hooper, the repair inspector, identified the issue with the roof vent and said he had a new one on his truck from another job where they didn't need it. He asked if I wanted him to go ahead and replace the vent. I told him to proceed and the issue was taken care of without the necessity of a specific repair visit. They are very experienced, professional, and will explain the issues in a way that is clear and understandable. I will certainly use them again whenever I have any roof issues, including if I need a new roof.

We were very pleased with the entire company from the sales staff, install team, and quality assurance staff. The install team were efficient and did a quality job with the roof. They also did a great job with the cleanup. We have three dogs and we voiced our concerns early on about leftover nails/metal that could harm them. We have had zero issues post roof replacement - thank you!! The roof looks great as well and we have had no issues with the former area where a leak had developed. Thanks again!!

Very good service, and much quicker than I expected.

I was doing some prep work before I sold the house. They were timely in setting the appointment and getting out there, they just didn't get the job done. They contacted me immediately and came right out. They were very punctual and they showed up right when they said they would.

Professional service from start to finish. They arrived on time to perform the inspection and provided me with a quote that was lower than other roofers that I had called out. They did not try to over sell anything. They provided me with an honest assessment of my roofs condition. I had to wait a few weeks to have the repair completed but I was OK with the delay considering that damaging storms that we have seen already this spring. My work was minor and there was really no reason to rush the job. QTR has integrity and I find to be honest and trustworthy. When it's time to replace my roof I will be calling on QTR. Thanks again.

Our roof was hail damaged in 12/15. After seeing all of our neighbors get new roofs in Jan. and Feb., we had our insurance company inspect our roof too in March. They promptly approved a new roof, so I contacted Quality Tops Roofing, as well as several other roofers, based on high Angies list ratings. QTR promptly estimated the job, in the most professional manner, with the greatest detail. Then they provided flexible scheduling to work around my hectic travel schedule. Once we agreed on an install date, the materials were delivered ( then stolen in the night before the job was to begin!). Two days later new material arrived, and the job was started. QTR sent a 4 man crew, who took only 2 days to complete the job. They were prompt, professional, and cleaned up along the way. I must complement the crew supervisor, Tim, for his excellent job of communicating with us, and addressing all of our questions and concerns. Job was done promptly, and to my total satisfaction. I can highly recommend QTR, and I know that you will be highly pleased with the results.

Got bids from 4 vendors. Quality Tops was the only one who knew that you cannot mix vent type on a roof. All others offered to keep the Turbine vents and add ridge venting, which is a big no-no. 4,00 sq ft total. Materials delivered on Wed and roof installed on Thursday. QTR assigns a manager to each site who oversees the details and handles al problems. The crew was excellent. The site manager reviewed the work, and sent additional men to make minor corrections. everything went smoothly and the Site Manager came back with a "detail" crew to make finishing touches, like painting flashing to match. Could not bee happy with the results. Will definitely use these folks again!

Worked with owner for initial quote and then installing manager to schedule the job. They use their own employed crew. Had to reschedule because of weather, but they came on a Saturday to get it done and took one day.

The man that repaired my roof was professional, kind, and knowledgable. He inspected my entire roof and repaired some caulking I wasn't even aware of. He was a little late (45 mins or so) but called to let me know ahead of time.

Quality Tops Roofing arrived on time for providing an estimate. The estimate was reasonable, competitive with other quotes and so the work was scheduled. QTR again arrived when scheduled and completed the work without any issues. The leaks we had observed in an upstairs bedroom and in the garage ceiling appear to have been resolved.

The workers showed up on time, quickly set to work, made the repairs, and cleaned everything up. The workers were very polite and professional. A month after the repairs and several nasty storms, my roof is leak free! If I should ever need the entire roof repaired or replaced. this is the company that will get my business.

We were on a time crunch with replacing skylights on a house were trying to close on. Our insurance company required the work be completed in order to fund. Bruce and his team bent over backwards to accommodate us and were responsive to our needs. Bruce came out and gave us an accurate estimate and went to work quickly on the project. I was extremely happy with the customer service, the price and will have Bruce and team replace my roof down the road. Very dependable company and felt like I was treated very fairly during the entire process.

We've had a leak in a flat roof since we bought this house nine months ago. We contacted another roofing contractor; and, after a half dozen trips they could not fix the problem. They returned our payment. Quality Tops Roofing was recommended to us by another roofing contractor. They came out and promptly fixed the problem.

Bruce inspected our roof. We called because neighbors reported a significant hail storm at a time when we were out of town for an extended period of time and several neighbors had to install new roofs. Luckily, Bruce found that ours was ok...showing normal wear for the age of a Texas roof but nothing requiring repair or replacement at this time. There was no charge although I was expecting a service charge for his time. We will most definitely call Quality Tops Roofing when the time comes to replace our roof and I will recommend this company wholeheartedly. It's rare these days to find such service.
