The service was performed in a timely and professional manner. This is the third time I have used Quality Tops Roofing and I would not hesitate to call them again.

The estimator came out on time. He correctly assessed the situation as a construction issue that many newer homes have. He gave me the bid and we accepted. The repair took place within the time frame given. We are a very pleased customer that will cerrtainly call Quality Tops Roofing if the need arises.

Quality Tops Roofing replaced the roof on our home in Fort Worth. They did a terrific job! They were responsive, on time and did exactly what they said they would do. The roof looks great and they did a terrific job cleaning up when they were done. In addition to the roof job they also took the extra time and effort to match the paint on some new trim to the new roof. I would definitely use them again and refer them to all of my friends and family.

Once we got an appointment, the work went fast. Bruce Sabine came out and inspected the roof. He said it was an old roof, could be replaced, but was honest with us, and let us know that the plumbing flashings were the only things that absolutely needed to be replaced to stop the various roof leaks. I appreciated his honesty, and the fact that he didn't try to see us new roof. The crew that came out to replace the plumbing flashings was prompt, fast and efficient! They also uninstalled from the roof an old satellite dish we were no longer using, pointing out that it was a possible leaky point because it wasn't properly sealed. They then repaired the spot with a new shingle. I was so impressed!!

Total job experience was exceptional from working up an estimate through finish and clean up. All members of the team worked well and I was pleased with the job done.

Tim Cox, Bruce Sabine and their crew have done a wonderful job with the roof replacement. Have worked with them on several occasions. They have always been extremely honest, and professional in addressing all the issues. It took a little longer to finish the project due to the weather conditions, and the delay in availability of the specific shingles. This was not within their control. They kept me posted at regular intervals and we were able to wrap up the project within couple of months. All the minor issues that came up during the course of the work were promptly addressed by both Bruce and Tim. I highly recommend this company due to their honesty, efficiency, and professionalism. On time. On Budget. We had one leak. They came and fixed it immediately. They were well versed in insurance procedures and everything went without a hitch.

All Quality Tops personnel were very professional, communicated promptly, and accommodated my specific needs. Their price was no higher than any of the other bids for the job. i was very pleased.

Everything went absolutely amazing. Paul and his team came out, patched our roof, & I didn't even notice they had been there. They cleaned up so well, & the roof looks great!

Removed two layers of old roof. Installed new roof, flashing, turbine and vent covers. Additionally, my A/C unit is on the roof by the chimney and was causing a large leak. I had planned to replace the A/C unit so Bruce recommended doing that at the same time. The new roof was installed in a way that allows better drainage around the A/C. Quality Tops and my A/C company worked together and all went smoothly. Bruce inspected the roof after the A/C was installed and sent someone to "touch up" some places around the A/C. Pedro and the crew were excellent. They were courteous, they arrived on time and did a superb job of cleaning up. I am very pleased and would recommend Quality Tops Roofing to friends

They were totally professional in EVERY way. They arrived on time, a huge crew worked until sunset to complete, they were completely respectful of my little garden and cleaned up every tiny bit of debris. The salesman; Paul, was sweet, sincere and not pushy, and the project manager, Tim was a joy to deal with as well. GREAT. Company!!!

The saleman who came to my residence was very professional and very informative. The crew and the foreman Pedro arrived promptly on Monday morning as scheduled. The roofing installation took just a day and a half. The work went well and the crew cleaned up the area very welI. I did notice that night of completion when the wind started to blow some of the ridge cap shingles were blowing up in spots and appeared to be not solidly installed. I immediately contacted Tim of Quality and he sent an inspector Miguel out the next day who spent several hours on my roof correcting some installation problems he felt were necessary. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience with Quality and I am satisfied the way my roof looks and now appears to be properly installed.

It worked out really well. I am really happy with them. They were on time, punctual and if there were any issues they resolved them immediately. There was no whining about not being able to do it. If I pointed out a problem they came and they fixed it. They got the work done on schedule.

After reviewing all bids from highly rated roofing contractors, I chose Quality Tops Roofing Inc. to reroof my home. They were the only contractors who submitted a bid solely on what I wanted, rather that what they wanted to sell me. Quality Tops Roofing Inc. promised a lot...and they delivered! Like many other houses in the neighborhood, our roof was damaged in the March 2016 storms. The insurance company provided funds for a complete roof replacement. We received bids from 3 well-known companies. Quality Tops was the most competitive, and the only one that did not ask the amount of the insurance proceeds. Bruce Sabine, the president, provided the estimate in a professional and responsive manner. He was always available to answer questions and provide additional details. He visited with us at our house several times, and was up-front about the timing of the project due to the company's heavy work load combined with recent rains. Once the contract was signed, Tim became involved with the scheduling and materials delivery; he was also very communicative and responsive. The job was started on August 23 by Cruz and his team, who all worked with dedication and consistency. The job was finished the next morning with a thorough clean-up. My wife and I have been very impressed with the efforts and performance of all members of QTR. They are a top-notch organization that operates with professionalism and concern for the homeowner. I would not hesitate to use them again, and I would certainly recommend them to anyone. Their name is very appropriate.

I received a phone call about 3 days before the crew was scheduled to arrive at my home. It was clearly communicated what equipment they would be bringing, the anticipated duration of the job, the cleanup, and working hours for the crew. The entire job went as planned and required nothing from me. The new roof looks fantastic and the yard was cleaned up perfectly. Very professional and efficient operation. I would recommend to others.

I highly recommend Quality Top Roofing for any roof repairs. They knew we needed the roof done ASAP and had us on the calendar for a few weeks out based on their busy schedule after a hail storm. They were able to call us weeks before scheduled die to finishing another job early and squeezed us in. They completed the Job quickly, professionally and always showed up when they said they would. They even had an inspector come out afterwards to make sure it was done to their standards and that I was happy with the work performed. No mess was left in my yard and all of the workers were very nice (and they performed the work in the heat of summer!). Thank you Quality Tops for the quality work performed on our home!

The estimator came out and found the area of the roof that was leaking. He gave me an estimate to which I agreed to and a few days later the roofing crew showed up and had the bad place re-shingled in a very timely manner. This is the third job they have done for me and I am very satisfied. I have one more job for them to do and I will gladly have them fix this problem also. None of these problems are related. Don't fall for the fly by night roofers that knock on your door when they see a potential problem from the street and want you to replace your roof. These fly by night guys will try to convince you that just because there was some pea sized hail your roof is ruined. Call a high quality, professional company that will not try to convince you to have your roof redone when it really does not need it. Of course, that quality, professional company would be Quality Tops roofing.

It went really well. Took 2 days. They covered my pool, didn't damage any landscaping and cleaned up really well. Six years ago Quality Tops reroofed my house just because the shingles were old. They did a great job then, so I asked them to do it again.
