Bruce was great, He came out and explained the process, answered all of my questions and was able to get us on the schedule quickly. The installation team was polite and kind. They performed the work as promised and cleaned up after. The project manager came out and reviewed the work once it was completed. Our insurance company had some additional questions which Quality Tops was quick to respond to. I was very pleased and would use them again.

Great company to work with even when we hit a snag in the project they communicated why it happened and took care of the issue promptly. I would definitely use the again.

I was very pleased with Quality Tops Roofing from the initial meeting with Bruce to the finished product, which only took less than a week from start (estimate) to completion of the project. I met with Bruce on a Thurs, the material was delivered on Sat, & the workers started on Monday. The workers were very professional, did a thorough clean up of my yard, & finished the roof in 2 1/2 days.

There was a small issue initially with the placement of the stacks of new roof tiles but that was resolved, with profuse apologies all around. The crew foreman was very experienced, punctual, and professional. The crew worked from 7:30am to 8:30pm and came back the next morning for 2 hours to finish the job. There was a slight chance of rain during the work but tarps, gradual replacement, and contingency plans were discussed several times. The day after did in fact rain. I reviewed the attic with a flashlight for leaks and found none. The satellite dish was replaced and functioned as before, with no need to call the dish vendor for repositioning. I very often have to take time out of work to handle unexpected issues with vendors. Sometimes it becomes very frustrating. I had no such experience with this vendor. They were punctual, courteous, and experienced. The final invoice came in right on estimate. I would not hesitate to recommend these people.

Quality Tops Roofing did a great job replacing my roof. This is the second roof they have done for me due to hail damage. Both jobs have been high quality and delivered without issues. The crew showed up on time and cleaned up after the job. I would recommend them to anyone and will call them for all my future roof needs.

When I called for quotation. They send the complete introduction about the company. Bruce Sabine the president of the company come and check all that need to be done, give the quotation. then set up the date for the installation. It only took 1 day and he also sealed all my gutter and fixed all my gutter screen. After finished, Bruce come to do inspection for all. I paid all after all completed as Bruce didn't ask any payment until all has been done.

The price was great, the sales team was responsive and helpful, the quality was excellent, and the work was done quickly and on schedule.

I was given a time when the repairs could be made. The day before the work was to be done, I received a call from the work crew indicating what time I could expect them the following day. They arrived before the time they were due. They did the work in a timely and professional manner. I am very pleased with the work done and the professionalism with which it was done. I have no complaints and would recommend them to anyone. I trust them because they saved me thousands of dollars a year and a half ago by repairing a leak around one of the vents on the roof when another roofer told me that I needed a brand new roof.

We moved to Texas in 1982. We have lived in Arlington, Mansfield, and now Lantana, Texas. During the last 35 years we have needed seven new roofs installed all due to Texas size hail storms. Great. This is the third or fourth time I have used Quality Tops for minor repairs to my roof and they have always done a good job.

I met with both the owner, Bruce and his project manager, Tim. They were both so great to work with. The roofers came early, finished early, and clean-up was spotless. This is the second time I have used Quality Tops Roofing for minor repairs and was impressed on both occasions. Even though they were small jobs, both times they were punctual, pleasant and professional. The repairs were done correctly and I have not had an issue. When I had a question they immediately responded. They never suggested any unnecessary repairs. I would most certainly use this company if I needed a full roof replacement. Perfect. They started and completed the work as requested and as promised.

I called about a week ago with the work details and they gave me a time they would show up. No one showed up at the agreed upon time. When I called to ask why, they said they had no record of this appointment and that they didn't even do that sort of work, even though when I told the scheduler that exact same information they had no issue setting up a time. There was no explanation or offer to rectify anything. I took a half day off of work to be home for these people. I went to them based on the reviews, but in this case, they were terrible.

Quality tops did a great job. They were backed up at the time with work, so it took a couple of weeks to get them out to my house, but they did great work and roof is now fixed. I would hire them again.

Very happy with their company and the work provided. Would definitely use them again and think they are just great. They were so nice about coordinating the jobs for my convenience, and going the extra mile regarding a couple things that were important to me. They also installed two skylights over an atrium in the center of the house so I can use the area year around...and it is awesome.

We had used Quality Tops Roofing a number of years ago to replace our roof, and we were hopeful that their high standards still existed. We met with Paul Hooper after being told that our roof was not damaged, and after inspection Paul reported that there was a significant amount of damage. Paul agreed to meet with the insurance inspectors who confirmed damage. When the insurance proposal was received, we believed that the amount offered was insufficient. Paul prepared his own estimate and submitted it to the insurance company who reluctantly agreed that it was accurate. In so doing, Quality Tops saved us over $8000. The job was scheduled, and the crew arrived promptly. The work was completed in a professional manner, with excellent clean up at the end of the day and the end of the job. During the job, the crew noticed that we did not have enough roof vents for the size of our home, and Tim advised that they would add the necessary vents at no additional cost. Tim was very helpful in keeping us advised of the progress, and although we expected a 3 day job, the work was completed in less than 2 full days. Our satellite dish was out of alignment after the job was completed, and Tim set up an appointment with a satellite specialist who quickly had the dish aligned in very short order at no cost to us. Overall, we were very pleased with the whole process, and we would highly recommend this company to anyone needing roof repair or replacement.
