Description of Work: Paul came out and gave me an estimate after giving me an assessment of the damage. I was in the neighborhood of a tornato in April and although I wasn't hit by the tornado had a lot of debris his the roof. He informed me I did have damage to a ridge cap it was not from the debris; but from one of my trees. He fixed the damaged area and put a tar sealer around my chimney for a reasonable price. He also informed me I didn't need a new roof at this time. Paul was very informative and professional. I will use Top Roof again.

Description of Work: After requesting a roof replacement estimate, it took a few days for them to arrive which was fine due to the heavy demand in the neighborhood. I ultimately did not select Quality Tops, but would give them a favorable rating for professionalism and pricing.

Description of Work: We'd had a tree fall on our house. It did damage to the roof and the insurance company allowed us a new roof. I'd call a few companies found on Angie's list. Two of them responded immediately including Quality Tops Roofing. The first company came to do an estimate but wanted to see our insurance estimate first before giving his own estimation. I really dislike this kind of thing because I feel that a quality company ought to know what a the cost just based on their experience. Quality Tops Roofing gave an estimate without wanting to know the estimate. It was essentially what the insurance company estimated it would cost. We went with them. Quality Tops Roofing personnel were punctual, professional, and thorough. We had a contractor of 30+ years working on other parts at the time and he thought they did an outstanding job. That is saying something for this guy since he definitely knows what he's doing. We had a problem with the crew accidentally taking the back gutter off and throwing it away. The gutter company did not have a contract with Quality to put another one on. We called Quality Tops. Without any hassle whatsoever, they owned up to their mistake and sent the gutter company back out to replace that one at their cost. Very professional. We were very happy with this company and would use them again in a flash. Fortunately for us, their work is so well done, that I don't forsee that we'll need them any time soon.

Description of Work: On appointment date, he called to say he was running 30 min late. He showed up 45 min late. I had to leave so he said he would inspect the roof and send me an estimate that evening. Estimate came 5 days later. Punctialitiy and responsiveness reflect the level of professionalism for Quality Tops. Estimate was in line with other companies.

Description of Work: Tear off and replace 3 tab roof shingles and water barrier on 2 story high pitched roof.

Description of Work: I had a small roof repair that I needed fixed. I chose this company because they were genuinely interested in doing the job. Other companies felt that the job was too small; but Quality Tops came to my home and repaired my roof.
