They created a leak... see my comments above. Now I'm hiring another contractor to fix the leak they created... $775.
Description of Work: My pool need to be re-plastered. ( Note: the pool didn't have a leak). April 25, 2017 I hired Quality Coping & Plaster Company to re-plaster my pool. I paid $1650. I filled the pool with water, once they were finished. I notice a leak at West end of the pool. I mention to the contractor (Bob). He send a tech twice to look at it... nothing happen. I hired a Leak Detection Pool company. They provided a report: a "Final glue joint on seat on west side of the pool" is leaking. I shared the report with quality Coping & Plaster Company. As of 06/27/2017 I haven't heard anything from them. It has been 2 months, I still have leak.

We agreed to $12,000 worth of work and gave a $6,000 deposit. Midway through the process we discovered we would be moving, due to work. We came to an agreement with Bob (owner) to not proceed with all original work agreed to. We were then due a refund, which Bob verbally agreed with, of approximately $3,000. Initially Bob took my calls and stated business was slow and he could not refund my money at that time, but assured me he would pay. Weeks later Bob stopped taking my calls and would not reply to the many messages I left. Now a year later Bob has not taken my calls and I am still without my refund. Bob has been difficult and dishonorable to work with. He acknowledged he owes money and has refused to pay.
