I was hoping for a lower price, even after dispatcher / owner cut me a small break. I chose him due to being local, and having a good rating on AL. It was the end of the day so worker was exhausted, he made a small mistake in tightening one pulley otherwise quality would have been A. Regarding responsiveness... Worker did show up on time, but told us that they normally prioritize "trapped cars"... well, I wasn't asked, so wife had to reschedule day... not a big deal, and next time I'll know. Worker also gave good advice in needed maintenance that I should do, and didn't try to pressure sell anything extra.

I called to discuss the problem at my rental house. 2 visits were made. First one to assess the problems. Second one to fix it. On time, very professional, friendly and cooperative. Was a pleasure to do business with. I can highly recommend.

He did an excellent job. He was very courteous and clean. He came in on estimate and was very aware that I was senior and made adjustments accordingly.

They did good work and made the garage door run smooth. They did the work 5 months ago. They showed up exactly when they said they were going to show up. They did what they said they were going to do. They left on a timely basis. I never had to call them back.

Jacob called approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment time to confirm address and directions to my house. He arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time and began work right away to fix the door. The total time to complete the repair and adjustments was about 1 hour. He asked me to operate the door before he left to make sure I was satisfied with his work. The cost was exactly as quoted to me when I set up the appointment. I would definitely recommend this company and would also hire them for future jobs.
