Pure Air – Air Duct & Dryer Vent Cleaning Services

It was a great service. A very polite father and son team arrived on time, explained each step of the procedure, covered all exposed areas, and cleaned each vent twice. The job was completed and they cleaned up as they finished each room. I will use them again and would recommend them to anyone who hasn't had their heating and air conditioning ducts cleaned in awhile.

I was very impressed with this company. Thy were extremely professional, courteous and friendly. Mr. Johnson was a joy to work with. He gave us a verifiable quote and conducted his business in an efficient and effective manner. In two days, I have already recommended him to 2 people. The father and son team had it together. They were professional and very good at their jobs. We were having the dryer vent cleaned every two to three months due to a extremely small screen in the vent that was clogging. O'Keefe and son cut new screen and installed it into the fixture. We will consider the for all future work.

I had a leak coming from my garage ceiling and discovered it was my dryer vent. I called Mr. Johnson's number to find the next appointment was in four days. I explained my situation and the representative said she'd she what she could do. Called me back within an hour and said someone would be out by 7pm. Mr. Johnson and his son showed up early (awesome) and could not have been more professional, polite, and helpful. I can't give them enough stars or recommendations. He described to me everything they were doing, every step that needed to take place, and made me feel like he cared about my home and the job he was doing. If you have a dryer (everyone) and you haven't had the vent cleaned by a professional...do it now. This is a fire hazard just waiting to happen. Mr. Johnson and his son are the best in the business, you will love them. I am hiring them in the near future to come do all of my air ducts. These guys are solid.

I found this provider on Angie's list due to great reviews and proximity, and scheduled him to come out after work. The AFTER part is important when I work during the days! He came several days later to clean my dryer vent, but I was also to check out some bent tubing for me for possible replacement. Upon arrival (it's a father/son team - I love that), the owner was dressed professionally (for the job...not a coat and tie) and had great manners, again something you don't always find in this industry. They then got straight to work, pulled the tubing out, and politely called me back to the area. He showed me the bent tubing, pointed out another issue with the wall attachment (apparently I had like a 1" gap), BUT said he could straighten the tube out himself without replacing it, AND fix the attachment piece for NO extra charge! So not only professional, but had the ethics and honesty to back it up...now I REALLY like that about a contractor. Sure it was only a dryer vent cleaning service, but I felt that I got way more and the service a customer deserves.

The set-up of an appointment was easy and quick. They arrived on time and started the job quickly. Our venting system does not have easy access to it which made the job a bit more challenging for them. While a lot of lint was removed by their team, unfortunately we had to call them back the next day as we now had a definite blockage in the vent. They responded to my call and where able to return the same day and did another cleaning and this time where able to blow from the roof down and clearing the line and blockage. I would use them again -

They came right out when I called. They were very personable, efficient, and reasonable. My dryer keep shutting off because of how full the dryer vent was, but is working fine now.

Both Mr Johnson and his son arrived on-time, very neatly dressed and listened attentively to my perceived concerns. They showed me the condition of the ductwork and explained that it was already clean but if I wanted a slightly fresher odor, I might consider their sanitizing product. They were so honest in their assessment and explained that they wouldn't sell me a cleaning that wasn't necessary. How very, very refreshing to meet people of this caliber. I did purchase their sanitizing service/product and it has freshened and improved the air and removed much of the staleness. If you want to encounter two of the most genuine service providers you will ever meet, then CALL THESE GUYS!!

They arrived on time, were extremely professional and yet friendly. They explained everything in detail and protect all my furniture and floors. They took photos to show me some mold that had formed. They clean all the vents grills with antiseptic wipes and vacuumed up all the accumulative debris that had gotten in my duct work. I don't think it had ever been cleaned since the house was built. Mr. Johnson and his son are exceptional with their customer service and work ethic. Very impressed in today's world where customer service seems to have been lost. Will use them and recommend them highly.

The gentlemen showed up on time! They evaluated our home, gave the price of services, and educated us on the findings in the ventilation system. They were respectful of our home while cleaning the vents and did a great job! Would absolutely recommend!

The Owner And his Son came to our house, cleaned our Ducts and Vents. They were very personable and knowledgeable. Price was reasonable and they didn't try to sell us things that weren't asked for. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services and I will be using them again.

They covered every area they worked in and made sure no residue was left on any furniture or floor. They were very pleasant to work with and kept us informed of all thing that they found that might have caused a problem and fixed those issues. Very prompt service was provided. The initial estimate for time was approximately 3 hours to complete the job but because of the mold issue it took 5 hours to finish. We were very pleased at the results and will use them again in the future.

this father and son team went above and beyond the normal job. the price is cheap compared to other companies. i would refer them to anyone needing their services 101%. they are the best!

It was outstanding they showed onetime which is important to me. They sat down explained everything they would do. They discuss additional services put no pressure to get them. They gave me an exact price before they started. They were very cognizant to make sure they cleaned up when finished. I will defiantly use them again and highly recommend them.

O'keefe Johnson and his son Arlington arrived on time. We sat down and he explained the whole process step by step, and explained about the equipment that he was using to perform the job. They cover what ever is in the immediate area, were they will be performing the cleaning with plastic. They take off the vent grille, clean it, vacuum the inside of it, then run the roto brush into the duct work to suck out the dust as a brush rotates. Then they take up the plastic and vacuum the floor. This is done for each duct that is cleaned. Then they removed the grilles from the intake cleaned them and inside the intake. Pulled out the filter and cleaned there also. This father son team are very professional, they are great people to talk to also. We had a lot of fun talking to them as they worked.

I have had a bad experience in the past with air duct cleaning companies, so I thought that I would let Angie's List do the heavy lifting of finding a company that I could rely on. I am so glad that I found Pure Air! O'Keefe Johnson and his son, Arlington, came out to my house to provide an estimate. They were easy to deal with and in fact pointed out things that I should be aware of during the air duct cleaning process. I never felt pressured to buy anything and they did not push expensive "add-ons" that are so prevalent in the industry. I did accept a couple of their recommendations (which were very reasonably priced). Mr. Johnson was very flexible working with the needs of my schedule. He came out on a Saturday at no extra charge and completed the work. I am very appreciative of the integrity that he and his son had in completing the job on time and under a time constraint. I would hire Pure Air the next time I have the need to clean my air ducts. I would highly recommend Pure Air to anyone looking for air duct cleaning from a reputable company.

Ugh, he got such a horrible mess out of there! It was so worth having them out. I actually had another company come out a year ago and that company did not do ANYTHING. These guys were so professional, and quick. I couldn't believe the mess that was in there. No wonder the dryer hasn't been working, and what a fire hazard! Thank you, Pure Air!

This father/son team was fabulous. They showed up on time (big plus with me). Very respectful & kind attitude and cleaned up as they worked. Mr. Johnson explained everything they were doing in detail and answered all questions up front. I felt very comfortable giving over reign to the house while they did their thing. They draped everything and vacuumed so there was no dust or debris left after the job was done. Their equipment is in good shape, clean and organized. With the specials they had going on I got better pricing through the Johnson's then if I had gone with a "big box" company. They also did not charge me additional $$ because my dryer vent has an outlet to the roof. I chose to upgrade with the air filter (because we were already thinking of doing that) and then chose to add the antibacterial sanitizing after I saw what the Return looked like. There was no pressure to add these upgrades during the process. I have dogs and it was a mess before the Johnson's got in there to clean. They were very understanding about my German Shepard being anxious and protective. I kept her in the back yard while the work was done but she kept barking. They didn't make any negative comments about my pets which was very kind. This is a great company and I will hire them annually from now on. Thank you Mr. Johnson and Arlington! Fabulous service!!!
