Pure Air – Air Duct & Dryer Vent Cleaning Services

I have just moved into an older 1950's home. I was told the vent went under the house. My daughter was home for the service, they told her they cleaned the vent under the house. I inspected their work when I got home. Imagine my surprise to find no venting under the house, infact the vent from the inside vented straight into the insulation. So they lied when they said they cleaned the vent line under the house because their wasn't one to clean.

The owner Mr. Okeefe Johnson and his son performed the work. They arrived on time and gave us a complete orientation of how the work would be performed. They were extremely conscientious and careful to apply coverings in each of the rooms as they did the work. They also picked up and dust dirt or lint as they worked. We had a problem with the curvature of our dryer vent that was extremely difficult to clean due to the construction of the house. Mr. Johnson brought in associates the next day to complete the work. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work and the professionalism of Mr. Johnson and his company.

They were prompt and efficient. They explained what they were doing and while they mentioned other services the technicians did not push to over sell.

They showed up on time, very friendly, explained all work they where going to perform and their findings.

I wish all things in life were this easy they explained everything up front and through out the process they were professional and evrything was clean when they left it was great doing business with them and a pleasure to meet them

The service was Excellent. Mr. Johnson and his son arrived promptly, He took the time to go over different options and prices. Also he explained the processes and the equipment that they would be using. They were fast and efficient, they covered the furniture and the floors and when they completed the job they vacuumed the floors and made sure everything was clean. They are very friendly and easy to talk with. We are very pleased with this service. We will have them come back soon to clean the dryer vents. They cleaned 11 Vents and 2 Returns.

Very professional and friendly. Beforehand, they let me know exactly what they would be doing, how they would be doing it, and how much it would cost. They covered my furniture so it wouldn't get dusty. They cleaned up even the small messes they made. They kept me informed of their progress. They worked quickly and efficiently.

Everything ran very smoothly. They showed up on time. I was actually out of town and had my mom here while they worked. They called me on the phone and went over everything with me and answered all my questions. They were extremely professional and helpful.

They got right to work and did a terrific job cleaning all air ducts, registers, returns then applied antimicrobial and deodorizer. They also cleaned my dryer vent. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their ductwork cleaned.

Everything went well. Johnson and his son were punctual and before any work was started, gave me a presentation on the work they can perform and cost of each. I asked for them to use Shoe Covers, due to my new carpet and OCD, and that wasn't a problem for them. Once I decided on the services I wanted, they covered each area to protect my things, furniture, and bedding, and went to work. I was shown each vent with regard to dirt, and or mold. Each room was vacuumed before moving on to the next room, and Mr. Johnson gave me plenty of tips re: better air quality, better use of my dryer, etc. Whole process took about 2.5hrs. Worth the time and money.

O'Keefe and his son were awesome! O'Keefe was about as professional as they come - explained everything he was going to do, gave us options for various things and pointed out things along the way while. This is a fairly large house and we had them sanitize as well. The cost might scare some people away but quality of service was top notch and the job he did was terrific.

It was a good experience. Ducts and sanitizing was $300/$400, maybe $600/$500. They were just 2 pleasant individuals, a father & son team. They were very pleasant and very professional.

O'Keefe and Arlington came in, did an assessment, counted the vents and gave us a quote with and without sanitation. We went for the full cleaning. They brought in their equipment, including the rotobrush machine, showed us how it all worked, explained what they would do and then got to work. They put down plastic coverings for the areas they were working in, vacuumed the floor after they finished working and cleaned the vent plates as well as the ducts. For 4+hours, they cleaned out the ducts, the returns and the main unit. Every time they found something really dirty, they showed us. I was really appalled at how dirty the returns were, but Arlington got down and cleaned them up and left no speck of dust behind. The Rotobrush machine actually brushes twice, once going in and once coming out, clockwise then counter clockwise. Both men worked their butts off and even before they finished, it seemed like the air inside the house was fresher and smelled better than before. Then they put through the odorless, safe for pets and children sanitizer as their last item. Every piece of furniture was back where it was when they started - the only thing out of place was the dust they removed. Excellent dedication to customer service. I could not have been more pleased. It's easy to see why they have so many positive reviews and I am very happy to leave this review for them.

The whole process was explained before they started work, and they were very thorough in cleaning each vent. They even covered the floors and furniture before they started and vacuumed once they were done. I will definitely use them again. They even worked with my schedule and came in the evening!

We have found our duct cleaning guys!! Stayed home from work because we had an appointment with another company. When they didn't show, I searched Angie's List and liked what I saw about Pure Air. They went out of their way to accommodate our scheduling needs and I could not have been more pleased with the service. Seriously, the price was fair, they did a good job and explained everything in advance ... quit looking--you will be happy with this father and son team!!

O'keefe and Orlington were absolutely perfect in meeting all my expectations! They were prompt, courteous, professional in every way and did an outstanding job.....before with a thorough explanation of all details and pricing prior to starting, during the process, and after with the way they cleaned up perfectly and completely. I also would like to add that when I made the initial contact with Pure AIr Mrs. Johnson was as good as the Father and son team that came out...she was very very good also! The air conditioner air ducts and intake in our home were extremely dusty/dirty. I made an appointment and Mr. Johnson and his son arrived in a timely manner and did an excellent job of explaining the process, equipment used and answered all of our questions. They were very polite, professional, and ensured that they cleaned as they worked. I would definitely use them again!
