Proline Surveying, Ltd

Proline took my money, but never finished the job. It is now the middle of April 2017 and still the corners are not set on most of these properties (unless they were already there from prior surveys). Phone calls and emails go unanswered. Promises made never kept. A lousy company, I have 12 more properties needing surveys and would never trust this work with Proline.

I hired Proline. They NEVER set the corners. I asked about this several times, via emails to David and phone calls. It's April 2017 and still no corners set. I would NEVER recommend this company nor will I use them again.

Absolutely would recommend David Rose with Proline. If it wasn't for his efforts, we wouldn't have been able to get the property excluded from the flood zones. If I need a survey company in the future I won't hesitate to contact them.

Proline Surveying provided an estimate for a land survey of my house in Dallas. They were able to give me an estimate via e-mail from my submission on their website. Decided to use another provider because their price was over a hundred dollars more than the provider I ultimately used.

Last year they did a fine job of surveying our land. However, I called them again recently to see if they would come out to re-flag the points on our land that they established last year. He refused to do the work unless I paid him another $450 to come back out and perform a new survey. Other survey companies stated that if they'd done the work originally they would come back out for a much lower price. Their follow up has been very unreasonable and I didn't appreciate the interaction.
