Home appraisal was excellent. Attention to detail and strong customer service. A+ rating. Would definitely use this provider again. We had an introductory coupon, so price paid may appear low compared to other companies.

When Richard inspects a home he seems to find EVERYTHING and both documents and explains it very well in a detailed report with photos and recommendations that are valuable both when deciding whether to purchase and after the sale when addressing any issues. He is knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy, and most importantly accurate. I've never found an item in his report that is an overstatement or inaccuracy of the actual conditions, but everything about the house turned out to be as he said it was. I would definitely call upon Richard again!

He had really great availability at a last minute notice. He was extremely friendly, thorough and punctual. His report was very thorough. It gave no question to the real estate agents involved, anything that needed to be known about the inspection. There were photographs documenting everything. It was just an overall great experience.

He did a real thorough inspection of the property and documented any deficiencies. He had a 3 1/2 hour turnaround when the actual report was emailed to me. I was able to print it out. It was very thorough as far as electrical, roofing, structural, wall, insulation, heating, a/c and water heater. It included everything. I was very pleased and I didn't expect him to do as much as he did. He showed up 20 minutes early and did the exterior check. It took about 2 1/2 hours and he was very thorough in his inspection of the home. His price was about average. I got my money’s worth. He showed up on a Sunday and made time. He was very polite and he was a good guy.

Mr. Taylor arrived early, and did a very thorough inspection. He explained everything as he inspected, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood what we were seeing. He said that is one of his goals - to educate the buyer. He did a great job, and I completely recommend him.

He was very good. He had great references. I saw a sample of the report that he had done on another inspection and it was thorough. I could tell by talking to him, he was all business. This guy was interested in finding things in the property that needed to be repaired or make me aware as a buyer of the things that I needed to be concerned about. I liked his thoroughness and honesty.
