PLATINUM DRYWALL SVC

The president of the company came out and gave us the quote (weird?). We went with him because of the price and their website specifically addresses all the things that make us all mad at contractors. However, the day of my work, guys were supposed to be there at 8 am (a big thing on their web site). I called the company and told them and the president called me back (seemed pretty mad they weren't there already). Then, his office manager ? called and said they got hung up at another job and would be there after they finished that. Okay....then why was I told they'd be there at 8? They were going to another job before 8? The care for my home was excellent. They put down plastic throughout the house to walk on, they taped off the room when they textured, and they didn't leave any mess behind at all. One of the walls is pretty severely crooked, which I know is the framing, but I kinda wish they pointed that out to me and offered a solution of double backing it or something. Overall, I couldn't beat the price that time, and they got done quickly what I needed done. The drywallers were very courteous, but the language was a bit strained. Oh, I also didn't like that I was told by President that he or somebody would come out and pick up my payment when they inspected the drywall job. Nobody ever came out and the worker was done, so I called him and he told me to just give the worker the money. Nobody ever did come inspect the work, which whatever. It's just that I was told somebody would.
