Five stars! Ryan and Platform Construction goes above and way beyond making sure the customer is extremely happy with their work. Ryan takes care of everything including dealing with the insurance company and goes to bat for the costumer. I have used him 3 times now and have recommended friends as well and I have never had anything but exceptional experiences and results. Highly recommend.

Everything was so fast and the workers really nice and friendly they will answer any questions we will have and wond mind if we will ask them to do something a different way I'm so Glad I was able to found them specially the way Ryan was able to explain every how it was going to be thank Ryan for help fix my home

We couldn't be more impressed and grateful. We worked with Ryan (owner) and his primary focus was getting our storm issues addressed as the top priority vs. making money. I believe that a business should be able to make a profit, but with this spirit and consideration you want to work with them, and we will again in a heart beat. Based on our initial assessment of the damage we knew we had lost a section of roof cap shingles. Even before getting his assessment and developing a work scope and estimate, Platform sent a tech to assess and tarp our damaged roof to prevent further water penetration and damage. This was the day after the storm - wow! They provided a full estimate and noted that our fence damage was largely due to inadequate anchoring at installation and suggested that we might engage with the installer. We did and the installer agreed and made the repairs. This honesty and integrity might have cost Platform some work in the short term, but they have earned a customer and advocate for life. We have already recommended others to contact them for their general contracting needs. It feels good to work with true partners. Ryan took on a rather large residential project replacing a storm damaged roof, painting the exterior and totally transforming the interior with paint throughout, repairs, and replacing flooring. The project was completed not only on time but on/below budget. The projects were completed with quality work and craftsmanship. On Thursday, June 9, 2021, I hired Platform Construction & Roofing (Ryan Jones, owner) to repair exterior water damage repairs on our home; and paint the exterior of our home. Not only was the countless repairs fixed to Ryan's high standards. How many contractors that perform this type of detailed, meticulous work even care about any standard? If you are seeking an honest, reasonable and crew who cares about their workmanship, i.e., every detail, stuff is done right. Not necessary to pressure these guys, they will do extraordinary work! No need to look any further this is the right company to call.

Platform did a great job. They not only helped replace my roof but worked throughly with my insurance company to get me the most work included in my Claim. They stuck with the project and made it work! It took a long time to settle out the claim but they didn’t seem to mind at all and were dedicated to getting the claim where it needed to be to get the work done excellently!

This was my first time using my homeowner's insurance, so I didn't know how to navigate this well. Ryan was very professional and helped me get every dollar I could from the insurance inspection, plus explained every step and repair. The roof was done in one day (while I was at work) and it is beautiful. Highly recommended!

Platform Construction did a fantastic job! They worked with my insurance company to get nearly every think on the exterior of my property covered. They not only UPGRADED MY ROOF! but also put in solar screens all the way around, new ridge vent, gutters, paint and more. My neighbors are all so impressed that they are hesitant to call platform because they think platform is going to be to expensive after seeing their work. BUT THEY ARE NOT. They were extremely affordable and helped me through the entire insurance process. I would definitely use them again

From start to finish went very smoothly. Ryan came out and went over insurance estimate and discussed roofing options. Walked around home and discussed paint and gutter options. Once materials were ordered had a step by step schedule from gutter removal crew, paint crew, roofing crew and gutter installation crew. Ryan was always in contact on what step was next and very involved with the entire process. Very impressed and will definitely recommend.

They were prompt and courteous. They explained the issue such that I completely understand now, how our roof was having issues.

Excellent roof job, gutters and affordable.Owner Ryan is excellent at customer service 1st rate. He had the most successful sales pitch he explained the process and materials and gave me a very impressive folder with all the information and expedited the contract at the agreed time. I felt very confident in his ability to do the job correctly and he did. As a women you worry about such a big purchase and his crew was respectful and clean up my property nicely no nail and other debris . Good workman ship and Customer satisfaction is his company's main focus.

We just had our roof replaced by Platform Construction and Roofing, 817-776-0302 Truly the first firm that were 100% honest, transparent in costs, timely in communications and did excellent work. Top of the line materials: shingles, and gutters. They reworked and stopped a roof leak on our screened in porch that the original installation company never could repair. They did a power wash of our cedar fence and restained. It looks brand new!! We enjoyed getting to know our Project Manager Desmond and his boss Ryan. Hello! I would like to report that the services provided by Platform Construction were top notch! The initial presentation by Desmond was what really hooked me! They delivered on what we discussed along with monitoring starting with the inspection, installation and continued follow up afterwards! It was professional, timely and efficiently done. I would recommend them to others for quality service!

My experience with this company has been top notch. Ryan is very knowledgeable and he walked us through the entire process from start to finish. The crew was able to work around some serious storms and temperatures to replace my roof. They repaired my damage inside and out and were very good about including me in the scheduling of the other jobs I needed done (gutters and drywall). I recommend this company and i will use them again.

It went well. The crew worked two 13 hour days to complete our job. Clean up was very thorough.
