+ -1 moreI thought my fence was perfect, until I noticed that the nails were coming out a few years later (he should have used screws). Mr. Perez made a house call, and said that loose nails had never happened before. I asked for an estimate to fix the fence right, and never heard from him again. He came highly recommended, but do not believe it. I thought it was good but it didn't stand the test of time.
Description of Work: I thought I had the perfect 8 ft fence that would last a long time. Therefore the good ratings at the time and on this page, but not so much now. The rating system is very confusing.....my experience at the time was good. But, I cannot give a good rating now.
