I thought I needed springs replaced, and he came prepared to do that, but when he saw the springs, he told me they were in good shape and did not need replacing. His honesty saved me a lot of money! He and his son in law worked diligently until finished. I had gotten other estimates on the phone and he was least expensive even for the spring replacement. I highly recommend this company.
Description of Work: Replaced Cables on a 18 8 Hollywood Flush garage door --Replaced 8-2 inch rollers, replaced Gear and Sprocket on Opener - wound springs - lubricated everything.

 + -1 moreHe was on time, polite, and completed the work quickly. I was very pleased with their work and price.
Description of Work: Garage door would not re-track up when cold. The gentleman that came out took a look at the garage door then quickly went to work. He told me that all I needed was to have my spring tightened. One side was not as tight as it should be. He set the tension on that spring then sprayed my drive mechanism. Worked like a charm.

 + -1 moreI WAS VERY WORRIED THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PUT IN NEW ROLLERS, ETC. RICHARD SHOWED UP AT 8:50 A.M FOR THE 9:00 A.M. APPOINTMENT! VERY PUNCTUAL! HE TOLD ME EVERYTHING WAS FINE ALL I HAD TO DO WAS TO LUBRICATE ALL THE ROLLERS AND HINGES. RICHARD SHOWED ME HOW, WHEN AND WHERE TO LUBRICATE. HE DID NOT CHARGE ME ANYTHING. VERY NICE, HONEST, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.
Description of Work: GARAGE DOORS MADE TERRIBLE NOISE BOTH GOING UP AND DOWN.
