 + -1 moreI hired contractor to paint three buildings. Two of them are metal and one was wood. He painted all three and was careful to prepare the surfaces as was appropriate to their construction and condition. One building was old metal with rusted spots, one was newer with only slight scratches, and the wood building was new construction. His estimate was accurate and he was on time and finished the job in the time he said that he would require. I was pleased with the work and will hire him again. My daughter was impressed with his work and hired him to paint both the interior and exterior of her home.
Description of Work: Painted exterior of three buildings. Later, my daughter hired him to paint the interior and exterior of her home.

Though the quality of the job was not perfect, this is likely due to the homeowner's extremely tight timeline that had been repeated (over and over). Paul started this job on a weekend and made himself available for touch-ups as needed. Paul will be the leading candidate on future work for this homeowner.
Description of Work: Paul painted one nursery, two closets and two bathrooms in varying paint schemes.

 + -1 morePAUL IS RELIABLE, PUNCTUAL, AND GIVES GOOD ATTENTION TO DETAIL. HE CAREFULLY MOVED OR COVERED MY FURNITURE AND THEN MOVED IT ALL BACK. THE FINISHED ROOM IS FRESH AND UPDATED. I HAVE HIRED PAUL TO DO SEVERAL OTHER JOBS IN MY HOME, AND HIS WORK HAS ALWAYS BEEN EXCELLENT. PAUL'S PRICES ARE AFFORDABLE AND HIS WORK HAS ADDED VALUE AND INTEREST TO MY HOME.
Description of Work: PAUL PREPARED MY 600 SQUARE FOOT LIVING ROOM AND HALLWAY. HE APPLIED A CUSTOM, OLD WORLD PLASTER TEXTURE CALLED FRENCH COUNTRY. HE PRIMED THE PLASTER FOR LONGEVITY. HE APPLIED THE BASE COAT. HE THEN APPLIED A GLAZE MIX FOR A FAUX FINISH. HE TEXTURED AND PAINTED THE CEILINGS. HE SANDED AND PAINTED THE TRIM, PLUS SEVEN DOORS.
