We are trying to reduce our overall electricity bill which has been very very high in years past. Our previous house had a great air exchange system in our attic. We wanted something similar to this house. We did our research on companies that do this work and called Pantego. Dave came over when it was convenient for us (rather than us having to move our schedule around him). He did a comprehensive analysis/review of our existing attic air exchange system and provided detailed recommendation based on his analysis (and industry best practices). We reviewed options and costs and ways to meet our goals and bring our electricity bill down. We haven't received an electrical bill yet, so can't say how much impact it's made yet, but our attic DEFINITELY feels cooler. He owns the business and does a great job of helping vs selling. The overall solution was more than I was expecting to pay, but I also know that it was reasonable based on what I've previously experienced and researched. He communicates well... always kept me informed, rather than requiring me to call him. Great experience... I will definitely call Dave again when future needs come up.

The owner, Dave, came out to do the estimate and he and the installers came and did the final measurements, etc. Everything went great, very pleased with the quality of the windows and the overall install experience. I did learn one thing, make sure they measure the new windows when they are delivered to make sure they are the right size. One of the windows was about an inch too small, and the installers had gotten ahead of themselves and already removed the existing window. That meant I had a boarded up window for a week while a new window was made. Other than that, everything was great. House and yard were left spotless when they were done. Windows were clean. I used Pantego for a roofing job back in 2004 and was very pleased with that work as well.

The roofing work took place during the Heat Wave of 2011, with Sept. 2 being one of many 100 + days. The job took 1 full day, with a few hours of finishing details on the 2nd day. The crew was courteous and carefully prepared the area by protecting foundation plantings and patio furniture with drapes, or by moving it out of the way. Attention was given to clean up of materials and trash throughout the day, and especially at the end of the working day. The contractor kept me informed of progress, and any unexpected conditions that were discovered during the roofing process. The entire process was carefully explained, and I had the opportunity to inspect work as it progressed. I am satisfied that the contractor followed best practices and was careful to assure a quality result. The contractor demonstrated a strong sense of design, and attention to craftsmanship, all of which contributed to the final result. This is the first major home repair I have experienced and I had plenty of questions and concerns. I felt my concerns were heard and addressed. Overall the experience was very positive.

This company is truly professional. Dave, the owner mathmatically calculated the amount of roof turbine fans that I would need and the amount of intake ventilation needed to cool my attic and lower my utility bill. His crew replaced my roof, cleaned my dryer vent pipe, replaced some decking, installed 3 turbine fans, and replaced some of my guttering. They did this in 100+ heat and in record setting time. The job was very professional and the crew was neat and well organized. They did a tremendous job of cleaning the ground of some torn shingles, nails, etc. and I have not found any left over trash. To me, recommending this company is a real privilage.
