Orellana's cleaning services

The service went great. I was in a rush to get a move-in clean done, and I was able to get in touch with them on a Saturday morning to schedule a Monday afternoon cleaning. They were responsive, reasonably priced and communicative. On the day of the cleaning some storms rolled through, which caused them to run late on their way to my appointment. They contacted me by phone to let me know they were late and why, which I appreciated. When they showed up, they got right to work and cleaned my house top to bottom quite well.

On the week of April 16 we set up a cleaning appt. for 2 days later. I called to cancel the day before because I had an urgent unexpected doctor appt. They were very nice about me canceling. I contacted them late evening the following week to reschedule. She replied the next morning. The soonest she could schedule was for 3 days out. I really needed the cleaning asap. So she fit me in for that same day. I’m so grateful to them for working me in. I was concerned about getting the orange stain off my shower floor. But now it’s white again. Great job, ladies! These ladies were reliable, very nice and very productive. A professional business.
