 + -1 moreI have used this shop for Annual Tune Ups on my Oreck Vacuum for three years. They are always very courteous and if I have any questions or concerns they will address those immediately. It normally takes five days for them to complete the tuneup. They will replace belts, bags, seals, etc. When you come to pick up your vacuum they will plug it in and let you test it you while you are still at the shop. I did purchase a new contract (mine expired after five years) which will last three more years for $49.95. This includes three more annual checkups and repairs. They also have a great assortment of other products for cleaning, air quality, new vacuums, etc. and have them very well displayed.

 + -1 moreIt took them 1 week to repair our vacuum cleaner, which I thought was quick. I purchased the vacuum cleaner elsewhere, and Oreck repaired it at no cost. Their service employees were very courteous and the price was right. I would recommend them to anyone!
