O'Brien Garage Doors - Tarrant County

They did a great job at a fair price. I had no issues with them in any respect. They were punctual, did the work and it was reasonable. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I recall feeling their price was very reasonable. They did work that was not only up to expectations and in this particular instance I would say even beyond expectations.

It went pretty good. They came out the next day and it was replaced so I would recommend them. What stood out was they were willing to get to me the next day.

It was good. They were fast and came out when they said they would. They got everything done quickly. We didn't shop around too much regarding the price. It hasn't broken since.

They were okay for getting out here. The first time they had subcontracted someone who was polite and friendly person. I called them back again because I was having trouble, we were trying to key and all these censors of the car so I requested the person that had initially that put it in but he wasn't with the company anymore so I ended up going to see him.

My experience with them was bad. I don't want to use them anymore. It worked like it did before, it just came off the hood. They didn't even give me a discount because of Angie's List.

They were good. It was not a bad price. It was reasonable. The service went fine. I think we even got some tips from him on things when the garage door does or would not open or something of that nature.

The work was perfect. They are very good. I have had them several times. I highly recommend them. They are on time when they say they are going to be. They are quick and they get the job done. They are a little overpriced, but I have to pay a little bit more knowing that I am going to get the quality of work.

The service worked out great and I would use them again in the future.

They are nearby. They had provided garage door service on the house before I became the owner. They had the product that I was looking for. The work they did turned out just fine.

The contractor put little orange stickers in three locations in my garage. I left one of them up so I can remember not to call the company back. I asked him to do a garage checkup and to help make the garage quieter. The contractor recommended new rollers and charged more than I have seen advertised for them since the work was completed. The garage was only marginally quieter and was quickly back to being just as loud. I feel I paid them for very little assistance and I will never use them again. The time of service and cost of service is approximate. It was awhile ago.

Great! Came on time and finished in about an hour! Also replaced wheels and bearings! Door is much quieter!

Fast, fair, economical...showed up when promised, had product in stock, did work efficiently. Everything worked correctly, looked good and no mess left behind. Highly recommend these guys. Will use them again, should the need arise.

Arrived promptly on time for appointment, was professional and courteous. Inspected and repaired door for a reasonable price.

Our 2-car garage door got stuck in place. They were fast to get here, and the guy new exactly what was wrong, and got it changed/ fixed pretty quick. I believe he had all or most of the parts with him in his truck. (This was, like, maybe 2 years ago?) Have not needed service since, but I would call them again if I did!

Too slow, didn't bring needed parts, too expensive
