Description of Work: Was at the house to do the work on the same day the garage door spring broke. Recommended a better designed spring and gave me lubricant to use. Very professional and job was done quickly. I'd highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I first called them out because my garage door was stopping about half way when I would open the door. They came out, made some adjustments and fixed the problem. This service call cost me a little less than what I mentioned above but a few months later I started having the same problem. I called them expecting them to warranty their work but upon further examination one of my springs had broke (after their first service call). They came out, replaced my spring with an upgraded strength for the cost I mentioned above and I haven't had a problem since.

Description of Work: I had them out on two different occasions. The first time was an emergency and they were veryresponsive to my problem. I had damaged the door so that it couldn't be closed and it was a weekend but they came anyway and took care of the problem. I expected to need a new door and tracks but they were able to do repairs. It speaks for their honesty since I was expecting to need a new door and frame for the rollers which would have been considerably more expensive. The repairman was very professional and pleasant. |The second time I used them was for maintenance and I was very satisfied.

Description of Work: I received a flyer in the mail saying they would do a tune up for approximately $49.95. I called to have them come do that. When the person arrived he tried to sell me on a complete overhaul of my garage door costing upwards of $800.00 as I recall. I declined and after he did the $49.95 tune up he handed me an invoice for $85.00. He told me there was a fee on top of the "Tune up" special. Both the flier and he failed to mention this until after the work was completed. I stupidly paid it. I continue to see their ads and I get upset each time I do. I also noticed they do not list an address anywhere and appear to be a franchise. I tried to file a complaint but without an address to tie them to the BBB would not take the complaint.

Description of Work: My garage door would not open. I called early in the morning and they came within 20 minutes of my call. They explained the repairs they proposed to make, told me how long the service would take and were very polite and personable. After repair, they explained what all they had done and told me things to watch for in the future. I was very happy with their service and professionalism!
