The service went well. O'Brien Garage Doors were professional, they came on the day they said they would, and they were on time.

Chris serviced my garage door. The door didn't close tightly. Chris worked on the door until it was fixed. He was determined to make it work properly. He was wonderful. I will definitely use O'Brien again.

Everything was done in a timely fashion. All work was good.

I learned more than I ever wanted to know about garage doors. The technician was extremely knowledgable and reprogrammed the garage door to open and close a little smoother. He lube the rollers and the service was complete. It was a job done and hopefully the service prevents any problems I had when the weather gets cold.

It wasn't good. Basically, the guy came in and put the door up and down and says, "Okay. This is what I would suggest. You should replace your rollers and replace your springs." They're really just doing this to get work. I said, "I'm not doing any of that." He just did the tuneup but I still find it's the same as it did before. They just wanted to find extra stuff for you to pay for. Besides that, my interactions with them was alright. In the end, I couldn't tell any difference. I did not pay anything extra.

Excellent customer service! The technician was very knowledgeable and his estimate was right in the ball back of what the bigger chain stores would charge to replace my garage door. The tech explained problematic areas that he said with my garage door. He gave me a good quote on the cost of replacing my door.

He adjusted the door so it would close properly and gave suggestions on what is needed to get everything to 100%.

Big Deal offered $49.50 for a garage door tune-up and 23 point safety inspection lubricating all moving parts on door and opener, balancing door for proper weight, tightening hinges and making minor adjustments. Technician arrived on time. Although my door is relatively new ( 3 yrs old) some squeaking developed. Technician lubricated all moving parts on door door and tightened hinges. There was no 23 point safety inspection performed or balancing door for proper weight.

The technician was extremely professional and proficient. They were at the house for only 30 mins. They replaced the required parts and suggested upgrade. I will be doing all business through them. They will be back to replace the door and motor after my interior is completed.

What can I say? We are selling the house and he came through for us, eliminating one point of possible contention.

When he came to do the tune up I told him we were having problems with the garage door opening consistently. He found a broken spring. I authorized him to replace both springs as they were old and rusted. Everything has worked well since.

My garage door opener was having problems, and I needed it fixed right away. O'Brien was able to send a technician within a couple of hours. The problem was easy to find, but not easily fixed because parts were not available for the 10 yr old opener. The technician explained a few options available, and I ended up buying a new opener with features similar to old one. The technician was able to get the new opener installed that day. He also prgrammed the remote buttons in my cars. Overall, competent and efficient service. A job well done.

The guy showed up promptly to service the garage, I told him about a problem that I was having with the door he took a quick look and fixed it and gave me information on how to do it myself the next time it happens. Which was very helpful.? He then finished servicing my gag are with no problems. He was great! I would defiantly use them again.

All went well. Nice installer that appeared to know very well what he was doing. Did a follow up visit to adjust some aspects that alignment. I'm good.

WAY OVERCHARGED, BIG PROS AT BAIT AND SWITCH, made NO effort for any kind of assistance on what they charged. I would look elsewhere if I were you.

The service was great. The technician was on time for the appointment, he answered all of my questions and he even showed me the parts that he had to take off the garage and replace, which I thought was unusual. He cleaned up and was efficient. He gave me a sticker that contained contact information and explained my warranty information for me as well; this was extremely unusual. What stood out to me was that I had gone onto their website and also looked at Angie's List just to see if anybody else had used them in our area so that is how I came to pick O'Brien for garage door service. I thought their pricing was definitely excellent. They were out there the same day. He was there and on time for the appointment. He was very nice and explained everything, including the warranty in case I had any issues after he repaired it.

It was excellent. They did a great job. The job they did was done perfectly.
