Description of Work: replaced spring.......If I had used the coupon I got in the mail I would not have had to pay the 97 dollars I paid you and then had to pay OBrein to install the spring. Rip off of 97.00 above what I Would have had to pay.

My records show that you purchased the 97$ remote, and tune up special. The technician performed the tune up, and you opted to have a keypad installed rather than a remote. We applied your prepay towards that keypad purchase which is a higher cost part. Although you did ultimately need services beyond what was prepaid, your initial 97$ was not wasted.

Description of Work: Scheduled prev. maint and inspection. Easy to schedule. we had noticed our garage door making banging noises and the motor sounded strained on the garage door opener. Needed some rollers replaced and it runs smooth and quiet now. So happy we didn't need a new door opener.

Description of Work: Service person could have made a simple fix but rather did unneeded work and installed added rollers to charge me another $125. He also gave a price for a new panel in my existing door of $300 and said that I could get a new metal door installed for $375. I later bought the panel from a door supplier for $65 plus tax. I will never call this company again and advise anyone not to use this company.

You contacted us for a tune up, and we showed you that the door was too heavy because the company that installed your springs installed the incorrect size. The springs need to be changed, or you will continue to have an issue. Ultimately, we left you with a price quote; no fees were charged because you were going to attempt to get the springs fixed under warranty. I hope that if you have any issues in the future you will consider calling us. We make sure our work is done properly the first time.
