I was not able to find any record of services performed on December 28th. I do show we were out in February, 2015. We performed a tune up, and showed you that your gear and sprocket assembly was completely stripped, as well as several hinges. At that time you did not wish to move forward with repair so I can understand that you might be frustrated with the functionality of your door and operator since then. We definitely want your system working at its best. Please contact our office directly so we can rectify this problem for you.
