Dave did an exceptional job helping us design our complete house remodel. Additionally, he pointed out some ideas that made the best use of space as well as architectural. Dave worked with our vision and added some of his own. He provided very thorough designs along with a parts list that included everything down to the amount of light bulbs we would need. We are very happy and can't wait to get started on dream home!

Dave was punctual, responsive, professional and contributed great ideas to help us finalize and move forward with construction. Plans were turned around in a couple of days, despite Homeowner changes, he was essential in helping us meet our deadline. As a General Contractor who has worked with all types of design professionals, believe me when I say that this guy is an asset to any large-scale project. I plan on working with him again in the future.

incredible working with Dave Obrien. Interaction was by email. Plans were accomplished on time and all of my questions were answered during the process. He did not mind a tweak here and a tweak there as the plan was progressing. 100% recommended.

Dave has been very professional. He was showed up for our first onsite visit on time and has completed each revisions in a timely manner. He was always waiting on us. We told him that our vision was to feel like we were always outside. He designed a beautiful great room with a panoramic view of our back yard which we call the "park". I would highly recommend Dave O'Brien as a architect We hope to build in 2014.

Dave was great to work with and made this typically stressful process go very smooth. It was evident throughout this process that he really enjoys his work. He was very detailed, patient and a good listener. I was very particular about what I wanted in my home design and he worked very patiently with us, responded to my requests in a timely manner and provided us with a beautiful design. The plans included much more detail than we expected. We are building and contracting the house ourselves and with all the details that Dave provided it will make the process much easier. In addition, since he was a builder, he provided details and expert advice about the building process to save us lots of money! The cost for the plans were below other designers quotes and we ended up with so much more. I would highly recommend Dave O'Brien

Dave was very patient with us as this was the first time we had ever designed a home and it went as smooth as I could have imagined. We chose Dave because of all the extras he provides like the take offs and the shopping list. Anytime we made changes he was prompt with the revision. Overall we are very pleased with Mr O'Brien's work.

It went perfect. His hard work and knowledge really separated him from other bids. Everything was just how he said it would be from day one. Because of his work, I was able to get more from the sell of my house because of his work. He is a straight shooter and stands behind his work. He is definitely the guy you want to design anything your building.

The overall experience was excellent. We were living approximately 500 miles away during the process and visited the site frequently. He always kept us well informed.
