+ -1 moreFirst, the appointment time made on Angi was not valid. I received a phone call from "Carlos" and we scheduled an appointment. The day of the appointment New Beginnings pulled a no show. When I called, someone else answered and had not idea of the appointment. I decided not to pursue a relationship with a company that can't keep it's appointments.

+ -1 moreI used this guy off and on a for a while. He never showed up when he said he would, he always lied about when he would do things, he never invoiced me. The final straw was I asked him to come to he house to give me an estimate for a considerable amount of work. I was going to spend tens of thousands with this guy and was happy to do so. However, after 4 months of begging for an estimate, I finally let him go. I would not use this company.
