I rescheduled and they never showed up again. I called and the person responsible for my scheduling claimed that he told the staff to schedule me and they never did. (poor excuse).

It was a really good experience. They were friendly and conversational. They did the job really well.

I liked their cleanliness and the quality of work was good.

Victor arrived on time and had to wait a few minutes for me to arrive. He went over all the things I needed done and went straight to work, he was polite and professional and if I am in a jam in the future would use them again.

Mark the handyman showed up promptly at the appointed time. He was very friendly and professional. I showed him the problem and he got right to work making the repairs. I am extremely pleased and happy with this company and I have already booked an additional job for them next week. I would HIGHLY recommend Mark and Mr. Handyman for any work you need done.

Excellent customer service from the Office Admins to our serviceman, Si Paquette. Si was on-time, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He took the time to put plastic on my carpet where he would have to walk from my front door to my master bath. Because he did such a fantastic job repairing my master bath, I will continue to be a customer of Mr Handyman. I highly recommend them.

I called, had several litte jobs to be done. They were here on time, very professional and seem to know what they were doing. The quote they gave me is what they charged. They cleaned up every thing. I would use them again except I hear mr gaskill is no longer with there.

Mr. Mark arrived on time, took detailed notes as we walked the house discussing all requested tasks. He was professional, neat, and personable. He explained choices for different repairs depending on my budget and time constraints. He worked hard for 5 hours to complete all tasks. The only reason I marked B for price is because in general the rates gave me "sticker shock," but I don't have have information about how Mr Handyman's rates compare to others in the metroplex. I will use them again when I get together another good-sized list of work for them.

They were on time and did the work for the price that was quoted to me. Cleaned up both days that they were here. They were very professional and it was a job well done.

I called Mr. Handyman because I could not get a plumber to install my water system. The receptionists were friendly and informative. I was quoted $330.00 for 3 hours which is a totally rediculous.

Went great! The company rep came by for the estimate within one day of when I called, on time. Looked over the job, gave me an estimate including all labor and material costs, explained how they worked (estimate costs $65, but it's taken off the bill if you use them). Scheduled the work for the next Tuesday at 8 AM. The same rep showed up right on time, and got right to work. He removed one column, came up with bill of materials, accompanied me to store to purchase the materials, then got right back to work. The original estimate was for about 9 hours of work; instead he was able to complete in about 7. He also cleaned up the entire site, and hauled off the old materials. The work was very professional, looks great, and should hold up for years to come. The rep was friendly, professional, and courteous Mr. Handyman's motto is "Done Right, On Time". I can attest that both parts of that. I am extremely satisfied with their work. They are not the cheapest, but not unreasonable, and the work was A+. I highly recommend them.

The particle board under the sink was damaged along with a board next to the dishwasher, he took it out and replaced it. He also replaced a base board that had water damage underneath the sink and a small piece by the dishwasher. He was very responsive I had opening my dishwasher due to one of the repairs. He also fixed a small leak around my faucet and counter area and he plugged it. My front door was not catching when it closed so he also fixed it and I am not sure if he even charged me. I feel the price was a little high. I would use him again in the future if needs arise.

They did a wonderful job. I was very satisfied with their services. They were on time. They were upfront about their services and charges. They did what they said they would do. Their price was competitive and good value.

I was very pleased with the quick response and efficient service of Mr. Handyman. I had 2 ceiling fans replaced with new ones and 8 light fixtures throughout my home replaced with new ones. The service was not cheep but based on my experience--you get what you pay for. Mr. Handyman did a fine job and the electrician was clean, efficient, and meticulous. It went extremely well. The gentleman (Deacon) was punctual and personable. We thought we were going to have the weather stripping replaced. As it turned out, the weather stripping was fine but the doors were off kilter because dead bolts that we had installed a couple of years ago were not put in correctly. So, instead of replacing the weather stripping, he realigned the doors. No more air leakage. The gate and screen doors close better than ever. I will definitely be calling them in the future. It's so hard to find a good handyman.

My daughter told me about him, and I used him. I have used him twice. I spent $90 the last time I used him, and before that it was $500. He is very friendly and does a good job. He is just like a friend that drops in to help us. The quality of his work is great. He is excellent, but his price is a little high.

Everything was fine with what he did for me. I spent less than $50 on the work. I wasn't here when they came in. They fixed it and told me. Everything was taken care of. I had another leaked fixed by a different provider that was cheaper.

Handyman came in and gave me estimates on some of the fixtures that I need replaced. He fixed the attic spring the same day and I was charged $75 for the service call. I was originally told that I had 30 days to have the rest of the work done. I answered their survey that they sent me and told them that I couldn't do the rest of the work in 30 days. The owner called promptly and said that I could wait as long as I needed to and just let them know when to come back out and they would note my file about this. I like this company very much and will use them again.

It went very well. We will be using again for some other things in the future. He is very responsive and easy to work with.

It went great! They did the work in a very timely manner and the cost came in under the estimate given. We will definitely use them again for all of our odd jobs around the house.

Everyone I have worked with is from that company and they are really good and they are all insured and certified. The also have a background check done for them and send you representatives that are in your area. The electrician is working with me to get the static electricity problem solved and he will come out if I have a problem. I will use them again because of the quality of service they offer and because they are reliable.

Josh is really a very professional, genuine young man. His service has been excellent. Both times he has come to my home he has been 5-10 minutes early!! How is that for excellent service. I really like the idea of having my own personal tech. I feel more comfortable knowing the same young man will be coming to my home when I need help as apposed to a stranger each time.
