The job was supposed to be no more than $300. Joe billed me for over $400, but I was supposed to receive a discount after purchasing my door with my new credit card. He also billed me for an extra hour because we stood there and talked about general things, while he wasn't performing any work, but he still charged it for me. I've tried calling Joe, but the number he gave me was to someone else at the company.

Joe assessed the problem and then began to methodically rework the project correctly. Rather than tear out tile, he came at the shower plumbing from the other side of the wall and re-aligned the plumbing to the Kohler specs. Most importantly, he actually took the time to read the specs before beginning the corrective action. I highly recommend that if you have a plumbing issue, you request Joe.

Had a ceiling leak due to a broken water heater in the attic. Mr. handyman was able to cut out the mildewed piece of drywall very quickly (within 36 hours of my initial call). They later came back to replace it and repaint after all the plumbing work was done. They were efficient, courteous, and prompt. Will definitely use them again for general work.

the gentleman arrived on time. He was very jittery. He got the mantel hung. he took extraoradinarily long time to hang backerboard we provided.. Come to fine out we purchased wrong thickness and he didn't notice. He hung backerboard with too few screws according to tile person we are hiring to tile surround. He hung th tv hangers upside down. He was VERY anxious to leave, spilled his vaccuum contents and left his ladder in our driveway. He called the next day about his ladder but it was not picked up for over a week.

The method the gentlemen used to repair the hole wasn't what I had intended, but it was still functional. The provider showed up when I expected him and was presentable. After his work, he cleaned up the work area to the best of his ability. Again, the fix wasn't what I was expecting/hoping for, but it was clever and did the job.

He painted the door the wrong color so, I will not use them again. He was willing to do it over. I will never use them again.

My experience with their service was great. They were easy to work with. They came in, did the work, and dropped everything in order.

Called and they were able to come out that day to readjust our double back doors which would not lock or stay closed. This was appreciated. We were told in advance that the charge was going to be $155 the first hour and $45 every 1/2 hour after that. This was extremely high but we decided just to bite the bullet figuring that the $155 would be it and the back door fixed. While it did take him less than an hour to complete the work and we feel we now over paid. We were told we had to pay a $20 "truck restocking fee" on top of the $155. My wife said they used two of their own screws. So they charged us $20 for two screws plus over charged us for the time spent on the job. Lesson learned....will not be bitten twice by these people.

They came in under budget, whatever their quote would be they came in under that which is always good. They were pretty much on time, they didn't finish earlier or anything but I think they are pretty much right on time, earliest professional, all those kind of things, a little expensive but I have a lot of experience with that type of repair so I could tell if it was high. I probably got less than when my orders are in place but they're there to get that but it just got a little expensive to me but other than that, I was happy with all.

all o.k. with peep hole and installation of ceiling fan however, did a not so good job on garage door repair. I had to have the same repair repeated within a couple of months. Friendly people though!

They were very courteous, professional, and honest. There were two men that came, one was in training. The head guy was very informative and he knew his stuff. They worked promptly and even suggested some things that would save us money (ie having us do a simple fix for stuff that would cost more for us to have them do).

It was terrible. I'm not going to re-type my message as it won't allow me to paste here. Let's just say "Buyer Beware"!!! This is a scam.

They were on time and stayed until they completed the work. They are all professional and very nice. The work has not held up well and is breaking after two years. Overall, the most recent service was average and I would not use them again.

There was not enough backing in order to screw it back. I am usually good with that work but I was unable to fix it. He knew exactly what to do and I was very happy. He seemed very knowledgeable, completed the work with no problems, and did not leave a mess behind. He was reliable and very upfront with the cost.

We scheduled the appointment but I got a call that day explaining there was a conflict. The worker later followed up with me after business hours, around six in the evening, but I was gone for the night. He left a voice mail and asked if he could come that night. I have not heard from them since. I would not recommend them to anyone.
