We have nothing in our database or phone log records showing a call to us since June 25, 2013 when (member name removed) contacted us about attic stairs. (I show that call was returned.) Description of Work: When they first contacted me, they suggested it will take about 2hrs to finish the job. I understand I didn't give them all the detailed information. When the technician came back that morning he said he might take another hour or so to complete the task. At the end he spent close to 6hrs to complete the job. To be honest, the technician worked non stop the entire time and he was extremely professional. I just wish they would be a lot more clear up front during the quoting process. Once again I have absolutely no complaint about the service and the quality of work the technician provided.
