The technician that came to the house was great. He knew what he was doing and he able to help me completely.

Changed light ballast and outlet Good work. Found one light ballast was not working but not sure why no power. Additional charge to look for problem. Problem was light switch. Charge for looking was 200 dollars so essentially $200 for light switch. Worker did give 50 dollars discount. Company called to ask if happy with the service and I explained what happened. Was told someone would call me. No one did. Thought it was decent/fair service til additional “search” fee. Not the best experience, not the worst either.

Great service at an even greater price! He explained the issues and gave me a choice of how to resolve the issue. Will most certainly use again if needed!

Very prompt service

I was called prior to the technician coming out with a 30 minute window on arrival time, the dispatch center texted me a picture of the technician so that I knew who was coming. The technician was on time, worked very efficiently and cleaned up after the job, including hauling away old materials. The experience was wonderful and reasonable within my projected budget.

The service was excellent

Very professional. He installed a ceiling light and fixed it so I can change it to a ceiling fan later. Added a light in our attic (much needed!), and fixed an outlet not working. Job well done.

You need to buy your own materials; the labor costs were ok for the work performed even though they forgot to do my front porch light fixture. Their pricing including materials was too high. I have a bid from them for additional work and I will be recompeting their bid.
