i was so appreciative that they were able to work me in on a Friday afternoon. David was actually a little earlier than expected. He was able to locate and fix the problem and the price was reasonable for the quick response and getting the job completed in a short amount of time. This was the first time we had to use an electrician but will definitely contact them again and highly recommended them.

Customer service rep called immediately after receiving my information from Home Advisor. And the technician arrived within 2 hours of me submitting my request for a bid. Jake was very professional and personable. He took the time to figure out what issues we were having and also fixed what the previous electrician did wrong. We are extremely pleased with the awesome customer service, pricing, and quality of work. We will definitely call Mr. Electric for any future electrical work!
