Mr. Electric of Arlington

Very tech savy company! They are totally paperless and they have a great text-alert system that lets you know when your master electrician is coming AND who he is with a picture. Very professional and quick getting the problem figured out and fixed. I think he was here for less than thirty minutes. I also really appreciated that when he was done fixing my outlets, he explained the process and made sure to check out the fuse box in the garage - even though the issue wasn't out there. I will be calling them for all future electrical projects and repairs.

I loved their quick response. The tech was timely and efficient. His name was Justin. He was very professional. He came out with out charging a trip charge, and that was a plus. We will use him again.

They were very prompt, had a morning appt. The technician was courteous and fixed a simple lose ground wire in an outlet. (The breaker would not reset) I wasn't happy with the cost of $180. and change for their base fee. Luckily they do military discount that saved us $27. and change. The peace of mind that it was a simple fix put me at ease. Not sure if I would use them again because of the initial base cost. They wanted $90 plus to replace a GFCI outlet.

They did great work and were considerate of our home and space.

Steven came out and gave me a quote on an electrical problem that I have been living with for some time. He was timely, professional and courteous. He fixed the problem and explained the issues related to original wiring limitation clearly and plainly. Steven wore shoe covers in the house and cleaned up all debris after completing his work. Work spaces were left in better shape than he found them. I asked Steven to give me a quote on some additional work. He examined the problems and gave me some options to accomplish my goals. After a quote he gave me time to consider my options and didn't pressure me regarding the additional work. (no high pressure for sales, just honest straightforward options and costs) I decided to go forward with part of the additional projects. I changed my mind and asked Steven to change the quote and work scope and he obliged cheerfully. Steven returned the next day to complete the second project for me and again performed the work with explanations and no pressure to do additional work. I was very pleased with Steven’s professional behavior and the work he performed. I would be confident recommending Mr. Electric and Steven Laliberte to my friend and neighbors.

He did a great job fixing our electrical problem.

My service guy (Justin Witte) was on time and very courteous. He found my problem, fixed it and I felt I got my money's worth.

On the phone suggested lower price than it was in the end. Made a hole exactly where wife told them then suggested it needed to be over a few inches leaving me to have to patch it. The electrical work itself was high quality. The other stuff could have been better.

The work was good. I had some discomfort or misunderstanding with the pricing portion. When they estimated it over the phone I did not realize that that they would come to the job, asses it further, leave to get parts and charge for the time going and coming from the store. I thought when they showed up they would be ready with supplies in hand to finish the job. They worked with me on the pricing and proposed that they would be more clear on their pricing in future bidding. I will use them again and will recommend them .

This was work on a rental so I was not there when the work was done, however they contacted my renter immediately following my call to them went out within a couple of days and the work was completed by the 3rd or 4th day. They contacted me when the work was done.

They were on time, did the work and everything turned out great.
