This is what is missing in companies today, a friendly family owned company that cares about the customer. I needed to replace a 50 year old unit. Jim came in and gave me a quote. (The best quote from the three companies that I called) He explained everything that needed to be done and what the best route was. He didn't up sale me on anything I didn't need and used as much of the working equipment as possible.

I ask for a receipt when i paid $250.00 dollars for the repair, Said we will send you one by E-Mail. Week Later called Jimmy again no receipt yet. Now it's 3 weeks. Will not call them for service again. Ray

Jim from Money Savers came out and worked on my A/C. After working on the unit for a while he told me that he got the fan running but to fix the unit he needed to get a part (I cannot remember the name). He told me the approximate cost for what he had done and what needed to be done. He said he would get the part and be back tomorrow at the same time. He has never called or shown back up. That was June 26th, today is July 9th. I would not use nor recommend this company.

Jim came out immediately upon returning my call. He and his assistant worked diligently to resolve my air-conditioning problem and all within an affordable cost. They were friendly and went the extra mile to troubleshoot another unit. I would definitely recommend their services!!!
