Sub contractor to ABS construction, took four trips to complete. Didn't clean up after completed.

The tech was really nice and fixed things fast. He explained what was wrong and what he did to fix it.

Used minute man air conditioning service at your behest. Kind of unprofessional, technician that originally came out called back to his office to have someone come out with a crossover duct to put under my house. They were arguing as to why he wouldn't come out something about him having to go to his house to get something. The technician told him he was going to call a boss and have the boss tell him to come out. The technician hung up and called his boss to have him come out. The amount they charged I feel is impossibly high. $450 to install a crossover ducked under my double wide. I know the duct cost. I know they have labor. I don't see how they can justify something around $300 an hour. I will be a little more careful when I choose air conditioning companies. Maybe you should too.

Service guy didn't bring proper tools for the job. Complained about his company. Didn't do a complete job. Husband will finish the job.

They are super friendly and straight forward. I would definitely use them again.

The first a/c technician came out, and said we need a new system, then he called a salesman to come over, to give us a price, that evening. But, they sent out another a/c technician, named Don, that stated the first technician was inexperience, then he re-check everything. He found out the first a/c tech did NOT put all the parts, that was taken out, back in the furnace. Don was going to put 2 pounds of freon, into the system, to get it working. The 2 pounds of freon only lasted 6 days. He came back on the 7th day and checked the system with his testing machines, then stated our leaked is lot worse, because the machine was going off the charts. Why didn't he say something a week earlier, I am sure the machine had the same results, because we paid him $495, to fix the problem. But, this was a deception to have us to buy a new system from his company. I am skeptical that Don, actually, put in freon. He was willing to reimbursed us the $495, if we allowed his company to install a new system. This sounds like an extortion tactics, he knew that he deceived us. I will never use this company, again. If you do, watch them very, very, very carefully, and whatever they say take it with a grain salt. This company needs to be investigated, by the state.

This company called me back the quickest. The company also has people to work "on call" on the weekends. The man who came to my house was a professional and if I had it to do all over again this is the company I would trust to get the job done and they will do it right.

Came out on time, showed my mom the wire that had burned off, and replaced it in a timely manner.

The 1st tech said the problem was a loose wire. Then the office told me I had to get help from Nest that the thermostat was the problem. I replaced the thermostat and that did not fix the problem. The second tech found the problem but did not fix it. We then fixed the problem elsewhere.

HONEST!!! Use this company with confidence!!!

He explained everything in detail that needed to be done, completed the job and gave some awesome advice on how to keep the our bill down for the hot summers.

Customer service was polite and efficient. They got a technician out to me right away. The tech was polite, worked swiftly, showed me some areas of concern and gave recommendations. I was pleased with my service.
