I hired Minuteman Heating and Air to inspect my AC and furnace. James, the technician, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He discovered that a connection had come loose (probably not installed properly) that was leaking carbon monoxide into the attic. This situation was very dangerous. He was able to properly reattach the connection to the furnace. He also pointed out that our dryer vent had been knocked down and was venting into the attic instead of outside. I appreciate Jamesâ s attention to detail and professionalism.
