Description of Work: I called Mr.Hale just to ask his opinion on how much my mom's house might be worth for commercial purposes. Since this was not his area of expertise, he helped me out as much as he could. He did some research and called me back promptly, knowing that I was only asking for an opinion and not to hire him. In other words, he went out of his way to help me, knowing it would not lead to any income for him. This type of service is rare today. If I ever have need for a good real estate agent I would definitely not hesitate to call him.

I did not have a realtor at the time and was impressed by his friendliness and his honesty during that initial encounter. When I pointed out things that I did not like, Mike did not try downplay my concerns as minor or superficial. Mike asked me specific questions about my wants/needs in a home. He then volunteered to show me other properties in the area that might be better suited. After a brief discussion, I knew that he was genuinely interested in helping me. His guidance throughout the home buying process was very helpful. He was very patient and understanding when a personal issue kept me from closing on time. His years of experience and his personal integrity have led me to recommend him to anyone searching for a realtor in the Arlington area.
Description of Work: Mike Hale help me find the house that I currently live in. He gave me good advice throughout the homebuying process. He pointed out potential problems that I would have missed on my own. He provided me with other resources that could assist with the inspection, electrical, HVAC and locksmith concerns. Mike was a great resource and a pleasure to work with. Next time I need to buy/sell a house, Mike will be the first person that I call.
