Metroplex Auto Locksmith

This company is not trust worthy when making keys for your vehicle as stated in their advertisement in THE SAME DAY & WITHIN HOURS. I called and expressed that I needed to have a key made for my 2006 Landrover LR3 because I had lost it that day at work and needed for the tech to come to my home to make me another key and reprogram it. The manager Mrs Garcia told us that the tech would be able to get it done but it would be over $500 for the one key. I questioned her several times if this would be done all in one day since I would need my vehicle to also be programmed by that night. "They would rearrange the tech's route to make sure I would be able to drive" was what she said. The tech came to my home around 1 pm and took both the handle to my door and ignition off the truck and said he would be back later that day. After 4 hours of waiting I became worried and called back to the company and was told " We can't get this back to you until tomorrow sometime". I was truly furious because I went on telling the customer representative that this was unacceptable and this was not what was told to me in the beginning because I would have chosen another locksmith to assist me with my lost key and reprogramming not to mention that I was going to miss work because they lied to me and didn't bother to call me to explain that there was a problem. I HAD TO ASK FOR THE MANAGER AND SUPERVISOR SEVERAL TIMES BECAUSE Mrs Garcia kept telling me that the manager was gone and they couldn't do anything about it. She finally told me that Adrian Torres was the manager but could't be contacted as well. At the time I began yelling because I was stuck not only missing work but also now I COULD'T GET ANOTHER LOCKSMITH BECAUSE THEY HAD MY PARTS!! They took over 8 hours and still didn't bring back my parts that night!
