+ -1 moreThey are just so good to work with. Have been using them for years. Couple of times that I used one of the ones advertised on TV, was much more expensive and was told I needed all this extra work which it turned out was nonsense. They are polite, on time and fast at getting to the problem and fixing it and their prices are still wry affordable. More than that they are trust-worthy!

Description of Work: Unclog the toilet. Ran snake down the toilet and pulled out rock. He suggested replacing the toilet because of the of the slow flush and the rocks that clogged the toilet.

+ 1 moreit was Saturday Morning and I had just pulled the stopper out in the bathtub so it would empty. Walked away to do other things. My son soon found water all in the bathroom floor. I started testing the toilets by flushing them. Nothing really happened. I put more water in the tub and let it drain. Nothing seemed to happen in the front bathroom, but my daughter found water in the floor in the back bathroom. We started cleaning that up. Called the plumber and they said they had one ahead of me, but it should not be to long before they could have a guy at my location. It was probably about 1 1/2 hours. Not bad. Terry was nice. He answered all my questions. It did not take him much time at all. They also gave us a 30 day guarantee on the clean out. Very Nice.

Description of Work: We had an emergency situation in that the sewage backed up and filled the bathtub. It was at 10:30 p.m. on a Saturday night when we became aware of the problem. We reached Metro Rooter and they advised that they would have someone there within an hour.I had contacted another company and even though I explained that it was an emergency and the type of emergency they gave me a four hour window - which was totally unacceptable with a bathtub full of sewage. Within minutes I received a phone call from the Metro Rooter serviceman being dispatched and he advised that he was on his way and his estimated arrival time. They discovered the problem was tree roots in the sewage line - which they cleaned out. They also ran the second bathroom shower drain to clear it of any potential clog. They also provided a 30 day guarantee. If I ever have another drain problem, I will call Metro Rooter.

+ -1 moreThis happened on a Saturday and MetroRooter said they could come out that afternoon and that they don't have special weekend prices. I said Sunday would be better and they scheduled for 1:00 pm but phoned and said they could make it at 11:00 which was much better for me. They said the cost would be $85 but gave me a $5 senior discount. They were very professional and Terry asked if I knew we had a broken pipe(s) and that may be the cause of our continued service visits. He told me their master plumber could come out and inspect with a camera and quoted a price. I was very happy with all aspects of the service visit.
Description of Work: Our kitchen drain gets backed up a couple times a year. Our property still has the original pipes from 1955. We had them come out to clear out the drain.
