Masterpiece Tile & Grout

I recently purchased an older home and, like many older homes, many repairs were needed. One of the bathrooms had old and dirty tile, leak's in the shower which created rotten wood, cracked flooring and awkward room dimensions. The Masterpiece Tile & Grout team did an outstanding job with the remodel! They educated me on best practices and helped me develop a plan on what all needed to be done. They even helped with any additions as they came up - all while keeping me under budget! I was very happy with the work they preformed and would definitely use them again!

Wonderful experience! Started when they said and finished when promised. It turned out beautiful! Great work and couldn't ask for nicer people!

Work was done quickly and professionally. They were careful to save most of the tiles and were able to replace them perfectly.

The owner, Larry Bushner, is very easy to work with and very accommodating. He is very "hands on " with the project on the job site every day. He listened to our concept of the remodel, and offered very constructive advice to build upon our design. Never once did we hear, "We can't do that." Our remodel consisted of a complete new tile shower, tile floor, toilet; sink and tub fixtures. Using a black & white picture taken from the internet as the design for the shower, Jose (the tile master) work created a work of art. His tile work is beautiful. The composition is just masterful. This consisted of 12 X 12 marble stacked vertically @ 4 feet around, a black trim above and below a marble chair rail, above which stacked 12 X 12 marble on a 45 diagonal, accented with smaller tile and a chair rail again at the top. The entire job; the tile, plumbing and glass were completed on time and all within budget. Could not be more pleased.

First off let me say we had to look for someone new to do our backsplash after another person no-showed us twice in the middle of the job that had been paid for:(. My husband and I have just started doing remodeling in our old home and unfortunately found the ugly side of some contractors. Needless to say we were over budget and really just disgusted with the situation we were in. That all changed when we called masterpiece. He called us back on Saturday and told us he could come on Monday for the estimate,and that already was better than the other people we dealt with. We gave him a little background on the situation and he gave us an estimate that was fair and affordable for us especially being over budget already. He then said he could start the job right away. Let me tell you my husband and I are so grateful to them for the price, the speed, and the beautiful work done. I was waiting for that "wow" moment for my kitchen for so long with the other company, and when masterpiece was done I finally got it, and it was sooooo worth it. I really believe our bad experience was a blessing in disguise now. I can't say enough good things about this company I will always call them first for any work I need done. Thank you masterpiece!!

The workers were on time and trustworthy. The job was completed in the amount of time that was quoted. They assisted me in matching grout to tile. Very knowledgeable. I am very pleased with their work.

I have used MPTG twice, once for a shower remodel and then for a fireplace facelift. Both times, Larry and crew went beyond my expectations. The first project was a master-bath shower in 2016. MPTG's quote was thousands less and the references were impeccable. Larry was by far the easiest of the salespeople I met with, so I gave him the work. He did not disappoint! Within three days he had the shower gutted (tile) and cleaned out, plumbing redone, new marble installed, and the whole thing sealed and ready. Larry worked with us to design the shower of our dreams with custom half-wall, walk in design, and multiple colors of marble. My friends are so jealous! In 2018 we wanted our fireplace to have a facelift. Larry was my first and only call. It took only two days to get rid of the old tile surrounding the fireplace and replacement porcelain installed. Again, he went above and beyond our expectations with custom tile work on the mantle. We love it! Larry and MPTG are a delight to work with! With a lack of customer service in the construction trades these days, I am happy to recommend Larry's personal touch and nearly flawless work.

I was impressed with the attention to detail that they performed on this job. I was also very satisfied with the final outcome and the helpful ideas and suggestions that were presented. They were very clean with the work performed and made sure that the dust was kept to a minimum. In the performance of the above detail, we hired them to fix some other tile work that was performed by a sub-par company that was hired for a different job. Knowing what I do about Masterpiece Tile and Grout, we will be hiring them for any other jobs.

Larry was prompt and professional. He answered our calls right away, set up an appointment to review the work that needed to be done, and gave us great ideas and great service, knowing our plan was to sell the house on completion.

Larry understood what we wanted and did it well. He consulted us regularly as the job went on, making sure that everything he was doing was what he wanted.

Larry remodeled the shower in our front bath 3 years ago, and is the only person we considered for doing our master bath remodel. Larry is very responsive and communicates well. He responded to texts/telephone calls promptly and kept us updated daily on the status of the project. Jose, Larry's assistant, is AWESOME! Very conscientious about his work and very much a perfectionist. Also very punctual, which we really appreciated. The work area was cleaned and organized at the end of every day. The subcontractors he uses are also very responsive and punctual. Our bathroom looks amazing! I wouldn't hesitate to hire Larry again and highly recommend him.

I can't say enough about this company Masterpiece Tile and Grout. Larry and his assistant are top-notch professionals. About a month ago, I hired a general contractor to re-tile the entrance to my shower. That other guys craftsmanship and tiling skills were absolutely terrible so I called Larry. He was able to completely re-tile it and I must say that it looks absolutely impeccable and professional. He also mended a couple tiles in my kitchen with were coming loose. Larry and his team work fast and they were very punctual. They arrived exactly on time and stayed until the job was done. I have learned a valuable lesson. If you want a QUALITY tile job done, call a true professional like Larry. We have a couple other improvement projects coming up in the near future and I will absolutely be calling him.

Larry and his assistant repaired a shower pan leak in my son's bathroom and retiled the entire shower, bathroom floor and a wall. Larry is exceptionally knowledgeable, thorough and is meticulous in all details of his work.

I had a few contractors in to give me an estimate on our bathroom remodeling, but all were too expensive right now. They were very professional about it. I thought the price was high and I didn't use them.

Larry was very responsive with calls and follow up. He took care of us, start to finish. The work done was beautiful with attention to detail We had a cultured marble shower put in with a frameless glass door. We would definitely recommend Larry and his company.

Larry was great about investigating the problem, explaining solutions, and he sent a prompt estimate. He answered questions by e-mail, and he was on time for both the estimate appointment and the tile work. They were able to finish everything in one day (put down brand new tile over the old tile, and raised the drain). The tile installation looks wonderful, much better than the old tile looked. High quality job on installation, very happy. We would recommend this company and call them again.

Larry came out to our home to give an estimate for new kitchen countertops. He spent time measuring and graphing them. He also told me what the process would be going forward. Larry had some great tips for the project and although we ended up going in another direction, I have no doubt that we would have been very happy with any work done by Masterpiece. Very knowledgeable and professional.

I had called Masterpiece, Larry Bushner, based on his ratings. We had an appointment for Monday morning between 8 - 8:30. By his request, I texted Larry the time and date, and my address. I took off work Monday morning in order to be there. At 9:00 a.m. I called Larry to find out if he was on his way. I'm almost certain I woke him up, and he had no recollection of our meeting. After I had taken off half of a day!!
