Description of Work: This was my second time to use Larry ... the first with this company. His work was flawless, done in a very timely fashion, and he worked very hard to make the repairs affordable, with an eye to doing only what was necessary to perform the repair and not take on a bunch of extras that we could not afford at this time.

Description of Work: My shower stall had permanent mildew on the grout and caulking. They drained water that had built up under the shower, removed the (recently-applied but mildewy) grout/caulking and applied fresh grout.

Description of Work: Came out for a meeting and provided a bid. I did not feel comfortable after speaking with him that he would be able to complete the bathroom work sucessfully. I needed the shower completedly redone, vanity rebuilt with additional sink added and then countertops, lighting and some wall/texture repair. He also looked under my sink and messed with the valves and as a result they started dripping. He never got it to stop either and it dripped until I could have another contractor take care of the bathroom project.

Description of Work: Company was nice but their bid was outrageous. We hired another contractor who finished the job and it was excellent work for less than half of masterpiece Tile & Grout quote to us.

Description of Work: I had dirty grout between the tiles on my floors in 3 bathrooms and the kitchen. The Grout Doctor, Larry, was just great! On time, and easy to talk to. Questions were welcome. He explained the cleaning process for each type of stone/ tile type. Larry explained the process options told me exactly what he was going to do. The next day he gave me a quote and we set a date for the work. The fellows arrived and boom! they were working. They were very professional, plus they were polite, courteous and informative. Besides the floors, my granite kitchen countertop had several marks where some sort of acid ate right into the granite. David Barzilla ( something like this), who works with Larry, was the stone specialist. I could not believe what he did; the areas where he worked was perfect. He fixed most of it that day but he needed to come back Thursday, he did, and when he was finished the countertop looked just like new! The fellows were so great I called Larry and told him how nice they were and what a great job they did!! Thanks guys!!

Description of Work: David Bizaillion is a pro! Honest, ethical and professional and very hard working! The job was to repolish some travertine in my master bath shower! Not a big job, but he treated it with the same importance! My stone looks like new and I am a very, very satisfied customer! It is such a relief to get the job done right!

Description of Work: Very responsive. Came out same day. Needed my grout cleaned on my ceramic tile floor. Just bought the house and grout was dirty. He advised that I color/paint the grout with special grout paint. Got a bid. It was higher than another bid I had to clean and seal the grout. He indicated that painting the grout last longer than cleaning it and sealing it, and that is why it cost more. This may be true, I dont' know. He called later with "special" price offer, with lower price. I ended up just having it cleaned by another company because I could not find anyone else who had their grout painted versus cleaned & sealed. He was very nice and polite. I am sure he does good work, but I just didn't want to try painting versus cleaning and sealing since I couldn't find anyone else that had it done or could recommend it for my tile.

Description of Work: One of the most professional contractors I have ever used. I called 2 days before I needed service. They worked me in. They were on time. They were polite and respectful. The work was exceptional. The owner called me after the service to ask how it went. I recommend them to everyone I know. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Larry came out for an estimate and explained everything they would be doing and it would take two days. When Larry and his assistant arrived they explained everything and got right to work. They were both very professional and finished in the same day. Larry explained that he had a hard time as the walls were not very straight and he did an excellent job considering the walls are less than desireable to work on. I commend Larry for doing an excellent job considering the structure was not good. My wife was very inpressed with the job Larry and his assistant had done.

Description of Work: My home is about 46 years old and I have a slate bathroom floor that I was trying to save instead of replacing it. So, based on the many Angie's List recommendations, I called the Grout Doctor (Larry Bushner). He returned my call immediately and came to the house to see the work I wanted done. He made several good suggestions. A couple days later, as agreed upon, Miguel and Pancho came to do the work. They arrived on time and were very professional. They explained exactly what they were going to do and answered all my questions. It was obvious they were experienced in their work. They cleaned the floor completely and then restained all the grout with the color that Larry and I had discussed. Later on that same day, Larry called and asked me if I was satisfied with the work and I said absolutely yes. I asked though whether the floor could have a little more shine put on it. So, Larry had Miguel and Pancho come out the next day and put a few coats of sealer on the floor. Larry also gave me estimates for replacing the vanity tops in the same bathroom and I intend to get on his schedule to have that work done. I highly recommend the Grout Doctor's work!

Description of Work: I had been thinking of replacing my beautiful slate floors but not any more- when done right they are beautiful. They also did the living room and it looks perfect. They will be back regularly to maintain them.
