I would not recommend, or use him again.
Description of Work: Mr Martin made an appointment to re-key my rental property. He never showed, and when I called to remind him of his appointment, he told me he'd be there within the hour. Subsequently, I re-dialed him after waiting another Hour and a half, and he said he was just around the corner finishing a job. He never showed or called back. This is a perfect example of why I use this list. Mr Martin is unreliable, and not true to his word.

THE GENTLEMAN WAS POLITE. HE KEYED THE LOCK ON THE DOOR KNOB TO FIT THE EXISTING KEYS SO WE WOULDN'T HAVE TO CHANGE OUT ALL THE KEYS. HE EVEN GAVE US AN EXTRA KEY IN CASE WE HAD A PROBLEM.
