I like this company.

I used this service for several months. At first things went well and they seemed to be doing a better job than our prevoius service. Recently I noticed several items on the standard list of services that were not happening many of which were not noticeable at a glance like upholstery not vacuumed when needed picture frames and tops of all high furniture was not being cleaned at all. I have two higher shelves in my family room I specifically mentioned before choosing this company. They really did not do a good job of bed makingc, but I choose to just let this go because they seemed to be doing a good job on most of the other work. Our house is not big. 2000 sf 3 bedroom 2 bath just two adults here so only one bed to make and normally one shower to clean. I don't think we were getting any discount for anything although they mentioned a senior discount I didnt ask about that. I had been paying my previous cleaning service $75 for a by weekly cleaning of bath rooms floors basic dusting kitchen cleaning. When I hired maid maid for cleaning, I was expecting the standard cleaning. Of these items at our home they were not Cleaning window pane later text she says window frame but that is not what is listed in the service. Picture frames and top of room divider screens not dusted. Tops of tall furniture like china cabinet, bookshelves. Back top of refrigerator. Most high areas were not getting dusted. Tops of draperies etc. Alba did send the ladies back to fix things but they could not speak English & I don't speak much Spanish. Now comes the most disappointing part, after using them for almost a year, and just recently discovering the poor work, Alba set up a time to come look at the issues and then did not show up when promised. I have ask for a refund for the last cleaning but have not heard from her on that. Alba refused to refund anything so I have filed a dispute.

Arrived late - but did send text message. Agreed to polish floors but didn't want to do it. Workers didn't put rugs back in place.
