 + -1 moreThis was a complex project which went very well. Richard Haussman, the President of the company kept us appraised of the schedule at all times. The work crews went to extraordinary means to control dust during the extensive demolition phase. The work is superb. We strongly recommend Madrona-Rich Services even though residential work is not their normal activity. Ours is the third house in this subdivision with the atrium treatment by the company.
Description of Work: The master bath was remodeled to remove the garden tub and existing small shower. The previous tub area was converted to a new double shower which included: tile installation, new plumbing for the two showers, two tankless water heaters shower, and a glass wall and door. The old shower area was remodeled to install a make-up vanity. The entire bath and master closet was retiled to match the new shower area. The existing atrium in the kitchen area was filled in by completing the roof line with a skylight, installing a new floor, and then installing custom cabinets. The small guest bedroom was updated by removing the carpet and installing a tile floor.
