Poor , mediocre service. Beds were not maid properly (blankets hung under the comforter) when I called about it I just got an excuse and my concern was not taken seriously. I have a very small house , no kids , a dog that doesn't shed and after 2 visits she called to increase my rates. My friend was using them and had similar issues and the phone call to increase rates on a small home after 3 cleanings. Next!

Strong efforts were made by our team to provide a great service. Some customers are quite particular, and everyone is entitled to be. Ms. W. said everything was great-- the only item she had a complaint about, and provided a pic to management, was the blankets showed from under the comforter by about an inch. It is a small house with a LOT of decor and furniture that all needs to be moved. Not a dirty home but it gets quite dusty, enough that it requires 2x dry dust or polishing in most areas to get a good result = takes much longer to clean. We underestimated the time needed as it is a small house -- however all that stuff in there adds an hour of work. When calling to discuss a reasonable adjustment to time & cost for future service, the customer indeed was quite displeased.

They serviced my house for like five years. I have moved out of Hurst so they do not anymore. They were great and outstanding. They are very thorough and have an affordable price. I tried to get them to come out here and clean where I moved to, but unfortunately, they are out of area.
