We decided to go with this company because we really liked the owners and felt they could do the job. Everything went pretty well at first. The hight of the piny walls was too high at first. I asked them to change them and they did. There were 2 things that I did not like with the tile. Again, no problem, it was fixed. The problem came with the glass contractor. I was told we could get frameless glass, then the glass contractor brought framed glass to install. It was a good thing I was home, because it was not what I ordered. He remeasured and reordered. That set us back another week. When the glass came in it was installed and it looked great except there were holes in the sealant. I spoke to Fred and he said they would be fixed. Meantime, he also had to get new trim from the glass guy, because he gave us used pc's to put on our new glass door to catch the water run-off. Again........ no real problem. Then....... I was taking a shower and 2 pc of tile fell off. I was not happy. I called him and asked hm to get it fixed ASAP. It was the last straw. I would not recomend this compant. I lke Fred and his brother, but Fred is a sales man. I dont think he knows what can and cant be done in the field. I think he just wants to sell the job.

We requested an estimate to tile the patio of our home in the Lake Arlington area. They came out within two days, were very knowledgeable, very professional, very friendly and helpful regarding the options available for our work. Unfortunately their bid was quite a bit higher than others we received, but we would definately call upon them again in the future.

We purchased a two story house from a couple that had four very big dogs. The flooring and walls needed to be replaced throughout the downstairs and on the exterior of the home. We heard about LRC from a friend and I?m so glad we called them. They have a very friendly, yet professional staff. I am truly amazed at how quickly they were able to finish the kitchen, flooring and the paint on the outside. They did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them!
